LG is the best dishwasher in India. We have been using it for more than 8 months. At that time the price was 51000/- It is a 14 place dishwasher, unlike most of other Indian dishwashers which are 12 place dishwasher. As such it is a big dishwasher. It is the only dishwasher with 2 year warranty on machine and 10 year warranty on its Direct Drive motor. It is the only dishwasher which has 6 Steam jets to ensure cleaning. It has around 120 wash combinations which no other dishwasher is providing.

In this model, no time saving is there for half load than full load. How to get saving in time?

Hi Atul ji,I just bought lg dishwasher by seeing yours n bhuvanas videos,I am facing the problem with salt..I just filled one and half kg salt and within 10 days salt icon started blinking..second thing is few utensils getting cleaned n rest will not get cleaned properly..3 hours cycle is too long in other hand Bosch has shortest cycle of 29 minutes..daily 3 hrs cycle means too much electricity consumption 😔😔
Sorry for the delay. Set your salt level to 2. If water is not very hard, it should take care of the hardness of water. You can buy Hardness tester from Amazon. about 10 months ago I had bought it from Amazon for Rs. 200. If your salt is getting exhausted within 10 cycles, it means that your salt level is set at H4, which is very high. Kindly ensure that the cap of the salt compartment is properly secured. If it is loose, salt will be drained very fast. LG washes the utensils absolutely clean even in a 38 minutes cycle. You must realise that the burnt utensils, Milk and Tea pans need little scrubbing before they are placed inside the dishwasher. Rest of the utensils do not need any special handling. Do not overcrowd the dishwasher. Utensils should be kept in such a manner that the water jets reach every corner of the utensils. You can safely keep a small bowl and spoons below a big bowl. They will be cleaned every time, without fail. For any cycle below 1 hour, use only 6 to 10 grams of detergent or only half tablet. LG is designed to use very little detergent. More than this amount of detergent may leave milky marks on utensils and wash time will be extended. 38 minute cycle of LG is much superior to 29 minutes cycle of Bosch. Do not forget to open the dishwasher for 3 to 5 minutes immediately after the cycle is complete. close it again for 10 to 12 minutes to find absolutely dry utensils. Kindly revert back with your experience. Also mention the kind of the cycle used.
@@AtulKumar-sw6fc thanks a lot for your reply..very well explained..I will try 38 minutes cycle and get back to you..as of now I am using auto and intensive mode daily once..will set the salt level to h2..I need to run the dishwasher two times a day but because of this 3 hr cycle I am using just once..can we run this 38 minutes program twice daily?which gives better results 38 or 59 minutes cycle?auto is best but can't afford to run dishwasher 6 hrs a day..it gives foul smell as soon as I open the door..later it goes off..what can be the reason??again thanks a lot 🙏

@@bruhnotfound8872 You can run LG dishwasher in a day, as many times, as you deem fit. For quick cycles, Express 38 minutes and Express 48 minutes (Rxpress with High Temperature) are very good. As 48 minutes Express cycle has extra temperature and is longer by 10 minutes, using 48 minutes cycle is better if you have a heavy load. I have used more than 80 wash combinations for more than 2 months to analyze each cycle. I feel Turbo 48 minutes is the best short cycle. Next best cycle is Turbo with Steam, it is designed to take 1 hour and 21 minutes. This cycle is very good as it has extended washing Rinsing and Drying time. For Big load of plastic items, equally good is Express 1.23 minutes cycle ( Extra Dry and High Temperature). As Eco cycles consumes least electricity and water, you can try this cycle. We use Eco 3.19 minutes (with High Temperature) cycle very often. We load the utensils in night and put the dishwasher on delay mode, in a manner that it starts at 3 A.M. in midnight. You get extensively washed utensils at around 6.30 A.M. The wash quality is really VERY GOOD. For night cycle, the timing is to be set in a manner so that you are there to open the door of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle to let the steam escape for 2-3 minutes so that the water drops do not form inside the dishwasher. Close the door of dishwasher after 3 minutes to let it dry the utensils for 10-12 minutes. As said earlier, Every cycle is perfect in washing your utensils and drying them also. with little practice you will learn to place more utensils inside dishwasher with perfect results. We often wash 72 + medium and small utensils with 23 + spoons in one wash, totaling more than 95 utensils, in one go.

LG comes with 10 years warranty on its motor. As LG is very advanced and a bigger dishwasher, it saves you more money, as compared to Bosch or Neptune. If you spend more money on LG, it will prove to be more economical in long run. If you still need more details, let me know accordingly.

We bought LG about 11 months back, it is completely silent. While being close to it, you can hardly hear any noise. Only in Turbo cycle, for around 10 minutes, you can find the roaring sound of water jets (still no sound of dishwasher).

I jst bought one during this diwali.. I am facing problem with this model it does not wash vessels properly.. I have tried all the modes.. 2.5vhrs to 1 HR nothing cleans better nd the vessels smell full of masala.. Is this normal.. Or is there something wrong with the one I have receivef
I have tried auto with extra dry, intensive and turbo all are equally bad.. 50% of my vessels are again washed manually

Will hard anodized (non stick black coated) cooker and kadhai get spoiled in it?
Use short cycle with low temperature for aluminum. Better not to wash Non-stick in dishwasher. High temperature and chemicals may adversely affect them.

LG is selling TVs, Cell Phones, Microwave Ovens, Fridges, ACs and lot of other consumer goods with a good track record. As LG dishwasher has 10 years warranty on it's motor, which is core of the dishwasher, I believe that the company will honor it. My LG dishwasher is serving for last 10 months with GREAT SATISFACTION. A visit to the showroom will further make you understand the commitment of the company.
Sir, third cutlery tray is missing. In IFB machine there's cutlery tray. It's useful for spoons, tea strainers, knives and laddles. How to place these items in LG machine.
There are other videos on LG dishwasher where you will find the answer. There is a box given in the upper rack for spoons and small dishes.
Try to have some real time comparisons with its competitors and also have review done for front load washing machines.

@@MK-qg5qh As LG has very powerful water jets and has 6 steam jets, it can wash even those utensils, which are kept in corners. 14 place setting dishwasher can wash 14 sets of dinner plate, desert plate, glass, soup bowl, tea cup, saucer, knife, spoons and fork in single wash, meaning thereby you can wash around 126 utensils. If you prefer to add more bowls, plates etc, you can do so by accommodating the utensils suitably. We have successfully washed around 75 small and medium sized utensils and around 25 spoons, forks etc. in a single cycle of 38 minutes.

LG has solid after sales service. You do not need to clean plates. Just remove solid food from plates before plates are placed inside the dishwasher. LG consumes less than 9 liters of water and less than 1 unit of electricity in Eco mode. As LG, being a 14 place dishwasher, is a bigger dishwasher, it is economical if compared to other brands of 12 place dishwasher. Dishwashers need ordinary water pressure, similar to that, on which the washing machine works.

LG is very advanced dishwasher as comparted to Bosch, IFB or Whirlpool dishwashers.
I am also facing problem. Of having white spots on the dishes. The service people say that water hardness is over H5
Use short cycle with low temperature. Buy TDS meter from Amazon, costing Rs. 200/- only. As per Government guidelines, TDS should not be above 500. TDS till 890 can be handled by any dishwasher.

I had purchased LG 10 months back for Rs. 51000/- from local market. At that time LG's ONLINE price was 49000/-. With little practice you can wash 70 medium and small utensils and 25 spoons, forks, serving spoons etc. As such you can wash 95 utensils in a single wash.

People complaining it restarts from beginning if power went off! Is it true? And is it true it can't clean milk and tea vessels?
@@ramakrishnakamepalli3683 It cleans milk and tea utensils. It doesn't restart from the very beginning, but it starts from the beginning of the current cycle. It has 3 different cycles Washing, Cleaning and Rinsing. Say, the power gets cut during Rinsing cycle then it starts from the beginning of the Rinsing cycle, not from the very beginning ie Washing cycle. But again this is a trade off cause it can go almost 1 hour back which is ultimate waste of electricity and water.

I have just bought LG dishwasher from an exclusive LG store .
The feedback is ..
1.Delivery of the product ..
Next day 👍🏻
( You have to done the necessary plumbing requirments before the techie comes to install)
2. Installation...
The technician came within 3 days. Installed it, (I used IFB detergent and rinse aid. Didnt pour the Salt as the techie said its not required if the water is soft)
started the very first load of soiled utensils as per his instructions 👍🏻
3. The cycle got over in 2 hrs.. was too excited to check my washed utensils...
Plates, bowls, spoons etc all tableware wer shning like new..
Now the 2 lit milk pot ... It had a few particals of the detergent on the inner bottom surface and the malai layer was not as cleaned as you get with hands.
Tea vessels were also partly soiled.
Cooker was cleaned.
So I Wasnt happy with the performance. The techie suggested to wash on some other programmes.. so we tried those too.. but the prob of detergent particals and partly soiled pots still the same.
The techie came for the second time and sggested to use FINISH TAB instead of detergent.
He tried all the other programmes also ...
We tried almost all the possible settings... Using a tablet ..now no soap was left but tea pots were still soiled.

I have purchased this LG dishwasher after watching and analysing so many reviews . Everyone said they are very much happy.. with any brand of dishwasher.
Friends honestly speaking Im not very much happy as i need to clean a few utensils even after washing them in a DW.
If anyone can rectify my problem.. plz suggest .. as its very disappointing and frustrating.. you all can understand.

There are few dishwashers which have third rack, for cutlery. The third cutlery rack has it's own problem.. All the 14 place dishwashers have identical/similar size. As such if a third cutlery rack is added, it reduces your space in the upper rack. You can't place medium sized utensils in the the upper rack if a third Cutlery rack is added. One thing more, you have to pay at least 5000/- extra for a dishwasher with a cutlery rack. LG, has a cutlery basket, which can have at least 40 -50 spoons and forks of different size. you can place it in a corner of the lower rack and remove it whenever you need to do so. LG also has 2 Cup racks in each corner of upper rack. Each Cup Rack has provision to hold at least 15 spoons. As such, in 2 cup Racks, you can keep at least 30-35 spoons etc. Chamcha, karchul, kanucha etc. can be placed anywhere between the plates or utensils. they get washed without any problem. DO NOT BUY A THIRD RACK (cutlery Rack) DISHWASHER otherwise you will have reduced space for second rack.

Lg has only one model, it is LG DFB424FP. It comes in silver steel colour. If you buy white colour LG, it would be cheaper by around 4000/-. At present, on account of restriction on international flights, the dishwashers have vanished from market. I believe, by September, 2020, the international air traffic will be resumed. LG being a South Korean company, imports dishwashers directly from South Korea.

Aapka cutlery basket wala logic bhi samajh aaya nahi to mai bhi 3 basket wala model hi soch rahi thi nd lg mera pasndida brand hai . Mene abhi lg ka ac liya , electricity saving superb. I had bought this model of LG Dishwasher, 8 months back for Rs. 51000. There is no other dishwasher in the market which can atch performance of this dishwasher. As compared to other popular dishwashers like Bosch or IFB etc, which are 12 place setting this LG dishwasher is 14 place dishwasher, capable of washing large number of utensils at cheaper cost.
