Varus passive: The passive scales with bonus as.
The old passive gave some flat bonus AS but also a percent of your bonus AS as bonus AS. So early on the passive got more impactfull the more AS you build, but building AS easily get's Varus to the AS cap.
So instead it only gives flat Attack speed, but also gives AD and AP based on your bonus AS.
So as an example Varus with berserker's and Kraken has roughly 85% bonus AS (not counting AS from level and alacrity). The old passive would give him 10-20 + (85*0.2) % =27-37% bonus AS on minion kill and 40 + (85*0.4) % =74% bonus AS on champion takedown.
With the same items the new passive gives 10% bonus AS, 0.1*85=8.5 bonus AD and AP on minion kill and 40% bonus AS as well as 0.15*85=12.75 AD and AP on champion takedown.
Zac R ranks: There needs to be another value for the levels 0-5.
for zac it was based on ultimate rank, 0/1/2/3 (he had that passive before leveling ulty)

Dark harvest now breaks even at 15 stacks, both old and new doing 155 damage. so you need to do more than 15 stacks for this to be a buff instead of a nerf. in comparison to electrocute you need 19 stacks of dark harvest to do more than a single proc of electrocute 191 vs 190
that's only at lvl 18. I think in diamond and below you can easily get 15 stacks at lvl 12 if you fight constantly.

Not gonna lie: it was hilarious hearing you talk about how Kalista is one of the champions that the balance team gave up on, because if they nerf it too hard in competitive they become useless in solo queue... and almost immediately going "these are BIG nerfs!"
