I miss Ragnar every day. Truly. His story came to an end, and it was beautiful and powerful and unforgettable. I still watched the rest of the show, but not an episode went by where my heart didn't ache for his character, where I didn't feel the hole his absence left. Thank you for your thoughts, it's really impossible not to get emotional at this video XD
Ragnar is a historical figure, and this is how he died in the history books. This wasn't show writers deciding how he died, lol. He may be fact, or he may be myth, or somewhere in between, but he isn't fiction created by a TV show. His raid on the monastery at the beginning of the series is considered the beginning of the Viking Age historically. His death in the snake pit allegedly led his sons to launch the invasion of England under the "Great Heathen Army" which caused centuries of fighting. Our language and history were forever altered by the manner of his death, if the legends are to be believed.
No I made sure u wont get spoiled ..the Ragnar and Ivar one is fine to watch after 5x05. Wouldnt want yo spoil it for u. Also recommended Ivar & Floki the old fool and the cripple by zurik again I'm sure. Thank u for reacting to this.

Some people say Ragnar Lothbrok is the best TV character in decades
i can see that
Game Of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead... No character from any show is better, or will ever be better, than Ragnar.
