Thanks for the video, wished I saw it earlier as I was there last week and didn’t find the trilobites, though did find plenty of worm burrows and reef. Where did you find your specimens? Near the monster tires?
Hi, we left a rock with trilobite under the tire, by the way (see end of the video). It may still be there. There were few trilobites near the tire in greenish rocks but it's hard to point out specific location because those where loose rocks and could have been brought there by somebody. Much closer to the highway but still within "the quarry", you would see a couple holes where people dig rock that have "chocolate" color. We found quite a few partial imprints there. It's really hard to find a good spot - lots of rocks but most of them do not have trilobites. You need to spend sometime and cover some area by scanning. As we mentioned, digging does not help much, especially if you are not familiar with the location and do not really know where to dig. Look where people dig the most if you want to try that approach. Good luck!!!
Thanks! I looked around both the greenish areas by the and beyond the tires as well as closer to the highway. Also did investigate some of the chocolate holes that others had been digging but didn’t find the trilobites. Just need more time I guess. Thanks for the video as well as the other videos you’ve posted!!
@@KOIstories ok thanks, since i could not find any info on the entry fee and on a site that catalogs fossil localities in Nevada it says that if any fossils besides trilobites were to be found then I should contact The Buerue of Land Management. So thanks for responding :)
Sure, no problem. There are no gates or fences. Lot's of broken glass at the parking lot, though. I think people use the area to hike as well. Good luck with finding the trilobites. Be patient, not every spot is productive. It took us quite a bit until we started to see some trilobites. Do not overlook the trace fossils. Some of them them could be rare and interesting. And check if that slab that we put under the huge tire is still there. Cheers!
Paleontologists and geologist know about a few mass extinctions and possibly more than one flood. But they are walking in the dark as long as they ignore ancient texts, like the Indian Mahabharata and the Mayan Popol Vuh, that tell us that the Earth suffers from a cycle of seven natural disasters. Those disasters are causing massive floods, earthquakes, firestorms, and a bombing of meteors every few thousand years. These disasters create a cycle of civilizations. One of these civilizations lives more than 10,000 years and reaches a higher level of knowledge and skills than we have now. Their civilization ended 20,000 years ago because of the next recurring disaster. If you don't know this cycle, history is incomprehensible. To learn much more about the cycle of civilizations, recurring floods, and ancient high technology, read the eBook: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". Search for: invisible nibiru 9
Well done. 👍
Thanks, Ray!
