My favorite song of all time! Also, just good to note, George Harrison was the one who wrote all of the verses in the song, and helped with the chorus too! Thanks for reviewing!
George released this amazing 3-disc album right after the Beatles broke up. George had only been allowed one or two songs per Beatles album, and this first solo collection consisted of a lot of stuff he'd been building up over time, sort of a burst of creavity. My parents bought this for me for Christmas and I was thrilled.
the song, music and lyrics, were written by both Harrison and Dylan, the opening is Harrison music and lyrics and the chorus is Dylan. They wrote it at Dylan's home when Harrison and his wife were staying there for week or so.

The face people make like in the beginning of the song is how you know the song will be amazing
Man, it’s cool that you picked an obscure song like this. 👍🏼

This my jam! Discovered this gem about 10 years ago. Soothing, tranquil, reflective love song. "Let me in here..."
*The whole album is amazing*

Not one of my favorite songs, but definitely one of my favorite performers! My favorite Beatle too 😋
George Harrison wrote this song with Bob Dylan. Dylan is not on this recording.
