So to sum up, the lower the turn the quicker the brushless motor, but does the lower the turn also mean the slower the acceleration. Also, what does turn mean and what does it have to do with things.

Lesser turn is faster but also tends to get hot easier as well.
I would what be equal to my Tamiya bz stock motor 23 Turn motor brushed motor or slightly faster. I plan on putting it CC-01 but get it around 30 mph.
Which would be best for off road driving on mostly grass?
It's just my preference, but I choose 8.5T without hesitation : )

I was just thinking the same. Going from a 17.5 geared correctly the going to a 8.5 on same gearing on dirt or grass n youll have a 10mph smoke bomb lol.
Do you change pinion gears also? Pinion gears varies on motors also right? So its a factor too I guess
In this video, the gear ratio (5.74 : 1) is constant.

Would you recommend the supersonic motors or are they to powerfull?
I use supersonic motors 7.5T and 8.5T they are good fast motors sir! Good quality motors!

Really Top speed are this low???? 17.5T motors on velodrome track hit 90km/h , on 4s it hit almost 170km/h. this numbers are very low
The purpose of this video is a relative comparison. Usually, the maximum speed varies depending on gear ratio, voltage of battery, etc.
