i'm really proud to be a great fan of u, Mao :D I prepared for that Mao may needs at least 2 years to reform her jump style. But Mao didn't evade failing on the competition and sheve reformed less than 1 year. I really really respect her nobleness. Gorgeous Mao! you are the real QUEEN ;-)
In my opinion, she is the best out there in terms of having the whole package. Even better then Yuna Kim. Mao problem is that she isn't able to get it together and that is why Kim is at the top and not Mao Asada. But she seems to be coming back to her old self. Hope she continues to skate and improve.
Miki ando is the 2011 WC, there is no need to compare them all the time. they all are wonderful skaters, that is why they get to compete on international stage.
This is Mao: a mix of determination, technical ability and grace!! This is the 2010 WORLD CHAMPION and the 2010 OLYMPIC SILVER MEDALIST! Yu Na Kim is just extraordinary and inimitable, but she is beautiful, too!
Isn't Miki Ando the 2011 world champion? xD Or did Yu-Na win the gold for making you cry? People like this with their "hu cares how many times Patrik Chan fals!!!!1111!!!!1111!" drive me crazy!!! Yu-Na is a great skater but not the best or even the best of her generation.
Who else has even attempted much less landed the jump among women in performances as many times as Mao has? Answer nobody. It is a beautiful jump with a slight hook on landing but Mao doesn't pre-rotate it a lot.

おそらく今回の放送は三宅アナウンサーだと思うんですが、私個人としては、フィギュアスケートの演技は最小限のコメントで拝見したいと思います。八木沼さんがやられているような解説は適切で、好感が持てます。三宅アナウンサーの目指すところは、「前畑がんばれ」の実況で日本国民を興奮させた河西三省NHKアナウンサーのようなスタイルだと思うのですが、フィギュアスケートは、タイムを競う陸上、水泳競技などの客観的な競技とは違い、主観性が含まれるものです。観客一人一人が各々の主観で、すばらしい演技を拝見したいとおもっているのでは？演技後の採点にそれぞれの解説者の主観を伺ったり、自分の主観と比べてみる面白さ、というのがフィギュアスケート、体操、シンクロなどの競技の面白さではないでしょうか。そのような意味で、某局の解説はちょっと耳につきますね。
