The accident report said witnesses saw the pilot himself put the luggage on which was way more than just 7 to 13 pounds over loaded. The passengers weren't balanced (a seat assignment) and there was 1 extra passenger than what the plane could seat. They also said there was an argument about the luggage. The rumor I heard was that it wasn't just personal belongings but heavy video equipment used to shoot the video. Everyone who knows about flying, knows that the Pilot always has the final say and should never bend. They must keep integrity. He could fly but he wasn't licensed and not experienced. Even if the plane wasn't over loaded, it was doomed. The plane hadn't been maintained. There was bad spark plugs. Witnesses reported the plain had trouble starting and rough idle. On his way to pick them up, he never reported to the (ATC) which is a no-no. The rumor about her being scared. Well, they said she went back to the taxi because she didn't want to get on the plane. It's possible that's she was giving something and then placed on the plane. The report said something about a bigger plane was ready and willing to go get them at their change of schedule but it was changed to the smaller Cessna at the last minute.
@@Life_of_A_Manthe pilot was also under the influence of cocaine and was not licensed to fly the plane. He survived the crash but he killed his self a couple days later. Also singer Lenny Kravitz sent a larger plane for Aaliyah and her crew unfortunately the plane was taken by Hype Williams the video director
