The big question is that why most pharmacists who owns community pharmacies shy away from compliance coz they know very well that they need to register as tutors and their pharmacies training facilities, mxm its worrying a lot coz some of us have been operating their practices without qualifications, I wish the council can allow us and everyone who is interested and love to become a registered pharmacist Assistant to go ahead and study even without been working in a pharmacy like it was before they amended this new law.
@paulnyathi6857 yes there is a new course which is not based on in-service training. Honestly report such pharmacists and pharmacies... you will still get another job
It's common practice in the townships. Do inspectors every pick this up? Do they act upon the shortcomings? You'd wonder how a situation goes on like that for 20 years.
I never worked in RSA, worked both in Botswana and Lesotho its common in both countries Botswana is better. Lesotho is worse, to an extend tt I told my self I will never work in someone's retail either I worked in NGOs or government Hospitals

@danielsekhonyana2752 that's really sad. Pharmacy has to arise in all African nations and become compliant in communities
