- Versaillesの11年ぶりとなるニューシングル「VOGUE」のリリースが決定！
KAMIJO作曲の表題曲は、華やかなメロディーとダークなギターリフを共存させる事でバンドが持つ華やかな様式美を現代的かつモードに昇華させた意欲作。カップリングはオーディエンスの声出しも想定したHIZAKI作曲のライヴチューン。
DVD付きとなる初回限定盤Aには「VOGUE」のMVとメイキング映像を収録。CD2枚組となる初回限定盤Bには2017年に行われたヨーロッパツアーからバルセロナ公演のライヴ音源を10曲収録。初の日本武道館公演を目前に控えたバンドの勢いと熱狂的なオーディエンスの声が蘇る。
本作収録の新曲2曲はリリースに先駆けて行われる「Versailles Live Tour "Varoque" 2023 〜華麗なる様式美の逆鱗〜」にて披露される。

I'm an American fan. Versailles music really pulled me through the darkest moments of my life, i was 14 now im 27. So happy to see their triumphant return. I LOVE YOU! SHINE ON!
The first song I heard from Versailles was The Revenant Choir and it's still good to listen to it
it may have just been uploaded but it's an ancient clip mate. This line-up in in the distant past unfortunately. Versailles became Jupiter long ago and only Teru and Hizaki remain.

Similar story here! I've loved them for ages. Early 20's and now I'm 31. I followed Jupiter, Kamijo's solo work, etc. but I love seeing this name back. I'd kill to see them live in the US.

last time I listened to versailles was like what, 7 years ago?? I was obsessed with them during my teenage years. okay but this is actually my first time listening to them in a way that I understand what they’re singing about because I lived in japan for a year during the time I didn’t listen to them and learned to speak the language 😂😂 feels weird

dont be afraid to like inactive bands. Most of good VK bands are disbanded on hiatus multiple Dead members or their style changed so much i dont feel bad about only liking their Old School albums

I remember seeing these guys at the Knitting Factory in LA. I just happened to be living there when they toured. It was a surreal experience. I had known about Kamijo since Lareine, but the rest of the band was new to me. I just remember staring at the entire show in awe. The venue was small, so I got to see them right up close. Hizaki made eye contact with me several times, it was so cool.

첫 앨범부터 지금까지 빠짐없이 들었던 2008년 처음 들어보고 X JAPN 이나 dir en grey Malice Mizer L'Arc-en-Ciel LUNA SEA BUCK TICK 등등 많은 밴들에게서 보이는
그 강렬하면서도 멋있는 밴드는 후에 처음 느껴 보고 다른 맴버들의 연주에 미쳐서 도 있지만 특히나 KAMIJO 의 보컬 컨트롤에 반해서 전곡을 듣고있는 한국의 팬 이라는
앨범 마다 슬픔 아픔 고통 그리고 구원 죽음 등등의 모든 것들이 느껴 지며 이번 앨범 역시 너무 강렬하고 진짜 아름답다는 ... 계속해서 앨범을 내주길 바랍니다
한국에도 많은 팬들이 있다는 것을 알아 주셨으면 하네요 ( 최애 곡인 ASCENDEAD MASTER 몇 번을 들어도 좋을 정도 이번에 나온 곡 VOGUE 도 수십 수백 번을 들을 것 같습니다 )
한국엔 별로 알려지지 않는 밴드인데 이렇게 알고 있다니 방갑네요. 베르세유는 주피터와 다른 차별성이 있는 것 같네요. 라렌느 시절부터 좋았했던 카미조는 역시 비주얼 락의 전설이네요.

Versailles is one of the best bands in the world. TOTAL innovation and progressive metal. Wish they would come to America.
I'd love to see an all Japanese Metal bands festival with one day the all male bands and the second day the all female bands of a mixture of both.
They have the best hard rock and Metal bands in the world today in my not so humble opinion.
Versailles, D, Moi dix Mois and Matenrou Opera, all great Visual Metal bands, are doing joint performances this autumn. There is also a joint song being produced rn.

@@Buzzramjet Yes, only in Japan as of now. D is also absolutely fantastic. If you want to try them out, I'd recommend the songs "7th Rose", "Der König der Dunkelheit" or "Ouka Saki Some ni keri"

活休前のベルサイユにオーケストラを自在に操りだしてからの無敵kamijoが合体した印象!もちろん最高!短めのギターソロだけどヒザテルネオクラだし！ただ太く歌うだけではなくなったkamijoがlareine臭を少しまとい表現力を上げてきた!
