This was actually a banger podcast, thanks for this. As a 26 year old I've recently entered the 'graft' stage of my life and work as a Personal Trainer/Coach, really working on building up to that freedom, but hearing your stories helps put life into perspective and I'm sure there are a lot of lads in the same position as myself that will find this really helpful.

Incredible podcast. I feel the part about alcohol is especially important for men and mens culture. I haven’t touched alcohol for around 8 years and had to cut ties with a lot of friends during the process as they were so counterproductive to my journey but looking back, and looking at where they are now, I don’t regret my choices one bit.

You're mindset has deveveloped due to generational changes. Postwar Britain was about full mass employment and not individuality. The promise of a job and security and a pension was everything. To make a living, promote health and be yourselves is the best working lifestyle. All the best, I will continue watching. The internet has been a wonderful opportunity. You may wonder why a 70 year old watches but I am concerned about younger generations and the horrors they suffer. It is hopeful seeing young men taking personal care. Fundementaly you are all decent characters, which is at the core of you're success.
Regarding Rob's comment about the wolf of 'wall street' you have made the world conform to you're ambitions. This is all explained in Joseph Murphy's writings and 'The Secret of the Ages' by Robert Collier.

Ya next podcast we went to see uncle Mike's face more involved with the conversation it felt like he was distance. I wonder if you can get a really wide angle view that zooms out far so we can see all your faces at once would be great.
