I have been listening to this track since the beginning of my pregnancy for peaceful sleep, currently have 4 month twins who are sleep trained to this track and it's amazing to see how they have responded to this chanting after coming out of my belly as well. This has been a blissful find.
Never let them forget the existence and the greatness of Shiv narayan, of Sanatan and of Sanatan culture mainly.. Today's generation/world is heading in the completely wrong direction, Shiva and Sanatan are very much needed in today's times

I love Lord Shiva with all my heart. I accepted Lord Shiva 2 years back into my life. But I have never dream or felt his presence. I guess maybe I am not doing anything right in my life to have him in my life. Maybe I am just too evil to be his follower. I still love him even I am not the one to be in his list. Peace to everyone and as the saying goes never give up.

I was listening to this for 10 minutes and it did relax me. But then I decided to say it out loud. The moment I said it, tears started coming out and I was sobbing. The pent up anxiety and stress came to the surface and was released.

We are not fully awakened that’s why Love, lust, anger, hunger bothers us, when will start evolving more with in with Pranayam or other techniques we can be able to overcome our emotions as well. It’s not easy to digest but whatever comes in life is for the short term including our body, it’s good if universe is taking it away by itself, one day when it’s time to leave this body it will not be that painful coz you have accepted the reality.
