Thank you so much, that was one of our problems. But also the right side fan not kicking on. We just had a new fan assembly installed last year, grrrr,,,,, sighhhhh!!!
I’m having the exact same leak.. would this make it so my thermostat isn’t working in my vehicle? What is the part called here that cracked so I know what to ask for at the part store? Is it a thermostat gasket?
Do you recommend changing the hoses too? If so what size and kind should I get? Any recommendations on clamps or a sealant to make the fix durable? Thanks this has helped me a lot
Hi thanks for your feedback ,, I believe it was a 3/4 inner ,, if you can get a copper (Y) it will be best ,, more like in a hardware store if the auto parts dont have it
@@nestorautorepair they are saying it is small but putting that will ruin other parts. I been screwed over so many times I don't know what to do anymore
K-seal will not ruin anything I'm a mechanic and I know what I'm telling you this will stop the leak in the very first minute and you don't need to drain it out just leave it in there ,, but the correct way to fix it is by replacing it just get a $45 eBay radiator and pay $100 to some one to put it in (Done)
Thanks! Its true, those plastic fittings are the first ones to go bad, very common problem in XL7 👍
Thanks yes sir, , thanks for your feedback
