Thanks for the video Igor. I’m a big fan and a subscriber, and somewhat of a student, is it possible you can make a video of the Vienna against most variations

for the Ponziani-Urusov Gambit, what happens after the queen makes that threat? The rook is defended, and the king can still move a pawn to make an escape if necessary. I mean, it's a bad position for black, but I'm not that good, so the tables could still get turned on me there
Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. My chess game was stuck because I wasn’t learning and because of you and your videos I find myself learning and improving. You are an excellent teacher and I wish you all the success.
Well I must say I'm now an 1860 blitz on lichess and 1900 on classic well ur videos are much better than buying a book im not financial owk now but when I'm oek I wanto pay for ur classes 🎉
Hi Igor. You show informative techniques, I always enjoy your tutoring. One little thing, could you please position your microphone a little closer to yourself. I have checked my volume controls and they are ok. Sometimes the audio is too low when narrators talk, but at other times some narrators are too loud, so maybe the microphone is at a wrong distance? Thank you, regards, Tibor.
I love the Bishop opening but at 8:35 after white playing F5 can't black play QH4+. Blk would probably need to play G3 to cover and attack the Queen, but it looks like it could get white into a lot of trouble. Any have any thoughts on this?
Why resign so early? I’ve seen many opponents make blunders as well as made blunders myself when the game should have been in hand. Make your opponents play it out
I have tried these Bishop openings against at least 30 different level opponents and have never come across one that plays the key moves thats needed as shown in these tactics. Sometimes they may do the first two or occasionally three moves but never the rest that enables me to complete any of these 5 openings. Are the levels of the opponents that make the moves you show under 800 rating. Because no opponent over 1200 rating plays the suggested moves.
Can anybody point to me the video in which he explains the middle fork trick with the pawn? I saw it once and have been playing it but forgot the lines. Just need to watch it again, thanks
I finally got someone to fall completely for the first one-He resigned after QG8! He must have known BH6 was coming-I reviewed the game and found i scored 100! in accuracy! LOL
All i wanna know is how to play with stupid players who are playing not good moves and turns out to become really good moves because it is actually so bad that turns out to be great

oh wait, the pin, I understand now
The best chess channel, just love the pace Igor goes, really helps to cover many videos in a short time.

Great to hear!
Well said Vinny L
You make this opening seem simple, yet artistic. I love this opening and I aim to memorize all of it 👏 👏 👏
bro we rly be studying chess more than school

Beautiful examples. Thank you!
Oh mon dieu, ur explanation is magnificent! Will tweak it depending on different situations cheers
Hi Igor please make more on bishop opening in different perspectives
Wow! I am a bishop openerer and now I get a late Christmaspacel! Thanks a lot Igor! 😊👍🎅
Your explanation is just amazing and helpful🤗
Thanks a lot 😊
In the 1st example - black can play pawn to d6 and make space for king escape, so no check-mate.
Also Ne3 I believe
But whe got the rook, that's the point
He never said its a mate....
In most lines there's a way out. That's why he teaches multiple lines.
He said they were “threatening mate” which means black has to immediately respond to it instead of protecting its piec
Good video 👍
Fascinating!
At 10:06 can pawn f7 take bishop on e6? Seems like the way out of it or no?
That was very good 👍
Igor, I like the pace of your commentary. Some chess commentators go too fast making it hard to follow them.
thanks sir
Very nice
9:32 is Bishop b5 better?
Can you make a video about how to punish bishops opening

Igor, what if Black plays 0-0 instad of Nf2? How do you continue with the combination? Thank you for sharing so many excellent videos!!
See at 6.26.

After QH4 black indeed can play g3, black can only play Qh5 Eitherwise he looses the knight and after black plays QH5 white plays h3
"hey all..."
Hearing Igor's excellent, mildly accented colloquial English really brightens my day.
Thx it works rael good,(France devence) wonderful
When you played f5 then black can play q h4 + if g3 then bf2+ and g3 then? White losses
I just posted this exact question.
I wish it goes the way you analyze it..
🙏
Nice video
If my opponent knew me and I was up a rook and a pawn they still wouldn't resign!! Lol 😂😂

You do what you want
good

awesome
In ex 2 black to play after f4 Bxg8 no castling
hey guys, does this opening only work for white? or is it possible to play something kind of similar with black?
In the 1st example, instead of Nd6 if Qe7 defends. Pls show veriation..
This is why I like Bishop opening
instead of taking the pawn with the black horse what happens if the black bishop takes the pawn on F2 and gives check to the white king ?
Thank you so much just because of you I reached from 600 to 1000 elo
Edit: Now I am 1500!
You're welcome 😊
you got from 1000 to 1500 in less than 5 months??? edit: nvm i got to 1600 lol
@@earthwombat Yes! In about 3 months. But now I don't play chess anymore so I am now stuck at 1600
I love it gyioi
I finally got someone to fall completely for the first one-He resigned after QG8! He must have known BH6 was coming-I reviewed the game and found i scored 100! in accuracy! LOL
Everyone I played must have seen your videos because non of them works when I use them strategy.
What of the knight get back to g6? And did not take the bishop
I llike your comments
1 VARIATION: PAWN D6 FOR KING ESCAPE?
But black will lose the rook, and their king is forced to move, which is a completely lost position for black
All i wanna know is how to play with stupid players who are playing not good moves and turns out to become really good moves because it is actually so bad that turns out to be great
Leave it to a GM to predict beginner moves
I consider rhis opening as an insult.
That is not check mate pawn 3 to queen opens escape for king
None of my games end up looking like this , what a waste of an video
Why shouldn’t you double the speed so nobody will be able to follow you?😊
12 mn 05 s : Fe6 au lieu de Fg4. Les Blancs ne gagnent pas.
And when black does the Sicilian defense followed by d6??!
GM is speaking too quick to follow and learn it
To fast
Sorry i'm just don't understand. I don't see How this is good.
Too fast in speech.
this is all speculation, no one moves like that.
