  • This is a follow-up video to my unboxing & first impressions of the LEATHER CHOP CUP and also the mini baseballs by TCC PRESENTS.
This was initially a Kickstarter but is now available through your favorite Murphy's Magic dealer.
Overall, I'm very happy with this. The workmanship and quality is high quality. The Cup and ball work perfectly together. IMO, it is a great leather chop cup in you are in a market for one.
    Available at:

The other cup for comparison was called the Killer Chop cup from www.theambitiouscard.com/aitem...

I'm sad it doesn't come with the routine he performed for the demo of the cups do you have any idea where I can find it

I don't think that that routine is available anymore. It was offered exclusive during the kickstarter only.

Is the strength of the magnet in the cup well matched to the steel core of ball supplied?

TCC Leather cup works VERY well with the TCC Leather Mini Baseballs IMO. No slamming.
However, the leather mini baseball is heavier than a regular crochet ball, so if you were to swap the leather mini baseball with other crochet balls, your results may vary.

Some have reported that it's too weak as the leather mini baseballs are heavy, but my set works great.

@@YinHoweMagic This is the key thing I find about chopped devices. Slamming the cup down is unnatural. Some performers make a thing of it as though it's part of the normal action. Dai Vernon always said "be natural" and I feel a more refined action is preferable
