how to assemble dura volt rechargeable table fan

Pls i put the panel in outside to charge and later in the night when I plug the fan it doesn't show any charging sign.....pls help me what is the problem 🙏

My own never turn green since i bought it ,and moreover if i use it to charge phone for like 30 minutes if i want to on the fan it will not on whats the cause ma??

Your fan is fully charged when the light turns green,also your have your solar pan to power the fan as while.
