COMPETING IN MY FIRST TRIATHLON - ROAD TO IRONMAN - EPISODE 7

Debut olympic Triathlon this weekend and a great day out it was. Was all about getting practice in before October and getting used to race day. Really enjoyable day out and always nice to come home as age category winner.
