    I’ve found a few sites of my own. Wotton-Under-Edge has a quarry dump which is great for echinoids, and keynsham has the best ammonites I’ve yet come across.

    This is actually very helpful. I hope some people use this advice. One way I find fossil sites it look for geological maps of small areas I’m going to. Recently I found a Cretaceous shell layer at an ice rink in Carlsbad CA.

      Glad you enjoyed it. Geology maps are a great tool for finding fossil beds. I cant believe I didnt include that in this video. Guess I'll have to do an update vid in the future!

    I’m 13 and I have some DIY equipment that I use at my private dig site I have
    3 wood excavation poles
    1 brush
    Hammer
    Water (obviously)

      Yeah, this wouldn't work for any latin American country, from Peru here, you need to go the old way and study.
