This would be cool to use with the Quad Cortex, I'm not sure if the velcro is strong enough to hold the QC (I think it's 8lbs). It'd be awesome to have your guitar and amp on your back, then all you have to carry is your amp
Hey I just bought a mono 80 elg bag and I was wondering about the tick bag attatchment though. I was wondering if it is possible to fit a Roland micro cube amp inside it. This is my busking rig and I would like to be able to carry it easier with the tick is possible. Thank you.
im surprised its velcro at all, instead of heavy duty carabiner-style clips. when i saw that the rings were for an attachment, i assumed they would be way more secure and durable than velcro.
I have the exact same concern! I dont know if there is a max weight of the tick filled with stuff, i have a quad cortex in mine which makes it bend the case a bit.
I just researched a bit, and mono state on their webpage that the tick fits small pedalboards like the nano from pedaltrain. And that board with lets say 4 boss pedals and a mxr mini iso brick, is around 2kgs. My quad cortex weighs 2kgs, and that in the tick attached to the case bends it quite a bit. So i guess it should be okay? 🤷

Don’t put a mini pedalboard in the tick, it’s too heavy for the Velcro

is it normal for it to bend the mono case? I noticed that it is pulling the case downwards and I am concern it will damage my guitar's neck.

From the look of the acoustic Sleeve bag the Tick does not attach to it. Boo-hoo. 😢
