❗THIS GLITCH WAS PATCHED❗ You need to use Coconut to get this bell.
Explanation:
Usually, to get this bell, you need a fully upgraded helper called coconut to grow a vine (costs 1750 total). Instead, we can switch to four unlocked cats underwater, which stores a jump in each cat, and make our way over to the bell without having to get so many coins!

How to get bell normally:Get Coconut helper and upgrade to the max.When upgraded all the way,in those brown spots they make like..a beanstalk thing, that you can climb up.When you make the beanstalk climb it all the way untill your at the top,from there, jump onto a tree and then jump to the bell. There you go!

if you do the frame perfect cat switch underwater, you can change to a cat that is not mara, walk next to the bell, change to mara and when you walk foward, mara will jump

There was a glitch in super cat tales 2 in which you can get any cat by taping very fast at the cat you want
immediately after touching the cat icon on the top

In world 1 Castle at the hidden by rocks Bell If you don't fully run on the treadmill and run beneath the thing it will lower behind you and you can jump from there to the flame thing and from there to the right wall, climb up, go right and you have the bell without breaking the rocks.

an easier way is just doing the water jump glitch ans then walking to the tree bearby, jumping on top of the shop and then getting bell

Make sure you switch to all the cats underwater before jumping out :))
The dev also mentioned he's going to try to patch this in a future update
