Ali is such a masterful story teller. He's so comfortable telling the story at his own pace and taking longer pauses than normal. And he's so good at telling the story that people generally don't interrupt him too much. Do you know how hard that is to do? Most of us rush our pauses or say "um" so people don't jump in.

When I first did time, I was sleeping and started hearing noises that woke me up. Two dudes were fading each other and their blows were hard and loud. They were literally trying to hurt each other. That didn't scare me. What scared me was when they finished fighting, they both sat down together to play cards. I've never seen anything so crazy like that in my life. Hopefully never again.
