For me download progress is not happening, directly it completes the extraction progress and when I do the rest of the process it takes only 30 mins instead of 3 hours and finally it shows that the recovery attempt has been failed. What to do?

@@JatinBhuyan Yes, you need to backup your personal files. I made the bootable USB with HP cloud recovery and installing that recovery erased the whole data in my laptop. There's no option to keep personal files or to not to delete the partition during installation of the recovery image.

After I reset my PC ^from starting display menu(HI THERE COMPLETE FEW STEPS ) asking me language preference and region then I clicked next asking me for WiFi when I connect to hotspot then I clicked for next then PC will load later it automatically restart comes back to same starting page( hii there complete few steps) this is happening even if I won’t connect to hotspot.
