Since I can add workflows, it means I can assign chats to specific team members? 2. the conversations sync to the contact profile? so the rest of the team can have visibility on the previous interaction? 3. Hey - there have been some updates to this so have you seen less functionality? I cant click the personalise message within the templates tool in Hubspot and also cant sync templates that have images.
where are the templates and the messages defined - especially templates with doc/video and interactive content like list, button, forms? do you have anything showing that?
Once I connected whatsapp business with Hubspot, then I can't login whatsapp business app again, then I can't send messages to clients without his income messages to me firstly. May i know how solve the problem?
Hello Kyle, One doubt, Once you have conected youw whatsapp business account with hubspot, can you have it also available on the Whatsapp Business App on the phone?
@@sidekickstrategies I don't understand this integration, it wont let you connect a number that is connected to the app, but if its not connected to the app, how do you talk to contacts that send you a WhatsApp? You show the number in sync with the app and HubSpot, but I've been trying for weeks and simply cant get a number connected to HubSpot and the app, so how are we expected to use it? Thanks

The WhatsApp integration is so poor actually. You have to manually subscribe each single contact you want to WhatsApp, if you have a list of customers you want to WhatsApp it does not actually work. The Hubspot team indicated the mass subscription is not even an option.
