    Hey everyone! 💖 Welcome back to Day 2 of my journey to stay motivated, stay on track, and stay SANE as a mom of three! 😂💕 Today was filled with all the things - workouts, family adventures, and a little treat that was hard to resist 🍦😉.
    🌞 My day started bright and early with some energizing cardio to get the blood pumping and wake me up! 🏃‍♀️💦 Next up? Cooking up some fuel for the day 🍲, a bit of cleaning 🧼, and getting everyone out the door! 🚗💨
    Our first stop? The High Desert Museum! 🏞️ The kids LOVED it! There were so many activities, hands-on fun, and tons to see! 👧👦👶✨ I highly recommend it if you’re in the area - it’s fun for the whole family! 💖
    After the museum, we treated ourselves to some ice cream 🍦 (I had to give in, okay? 😂) and then headed to the park 🛝 for even more playtime! By the time we got home 🏡, I was ready to wrap up the day with a quick shoulder workout 💪. Trying to keep weight training at the forefront is challenging with all the “mom-ing” and “wife-ing” I do every day 😅, but I’m pushing through! Staying on plan with my eating was a bit tough, especially with that ice cream calling my name 👀 - but hey, it’s all about balance, right? 🌈✨
    The kids had an absolute blast today, and I feel so grateful for these moments 🥰. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings - every day is a new chance to grow, learn, and make memories with my family! 💕👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
