It is hard being a Mum and not being able to function at your full capacity, that's why we raise wonderful Children with life skills so they can help us in times of need, lift us up when we are down and love us unconditionally 🙏
Can't say that hiking is my favorite outdoor activity since I am afraid of heights but we Moms get out there and make the best of it for our kiddos. Always beautiful views of Alaska! Thanks for sharing.

Enjoy when u find your groove again,,,,,, We had kiddos 28-25-24-23-21-17 2016 year of chemo/radiation 2017. 11 day came into our (our youngest was 13 at the time) 2020 hit. Husband had 0ct 20 had open heart surgery w/ 6 bypass (no prior problem or issues). He was 5 hours from home we couldn’t be there. Fast forward 2021. A call at 3am in March. Had boy and girl through safety plan was the half siblings of the one we got in 2017. May. Emergency custody awarded. Waiting on final hearing in January Hunting my new groove hopefully one day. Loving ur videos
Oh my goodness! Life sure can give us a lot! You are super mom and have had so much to handle. So many prayers for you and your family. My Dad has to have bypass surgery out of nowhere and it was so scary, I cannot even imagine not being able to be there! Thank you so much for sharing, I am grateful you are here and enjoying seeing a bit of our life in Alaska. ❤️ Are you know remission after your 2016 chemo?
@@ThisAlaskaLife triple negative breast is what said. Nothing to take. So sr said if 3-5 years of no return. I will be back into general population. 😝. He’s funny. This year marks my 5 years. I go twice a year to get a once over. Thank you

Enjoyed this video. I completely understand when u broke your ankle. I have a fractured foot. Don’t know how I got it. But I have 7 surgeries on my left foot and developed a pain disorder because of it. It’s called CRPS. Because if my foot I had a knee replacement and now getting injection in the other knee. I love watching your videos especially your grocery hauls and the other stores u visit to compare price. I also love family time you have with your sons. When does your winter start there? Also is it true in the winter you guys hardly get day light?
I am so sorry about your foot and knee. I have so much more empathy for people with injuries now. It was so hard being stuck in bed and feeling sorry for myself too. Thanks for the feedback on the videos, it is so nice to know what people like to watch. Yes, we get very dark here in the winter. I will share it on some future videos, it is pretty crazy. Winter usually sets in around mid-October but we will start to get freezing temperatures in September. Hope you have a great weekend Mary!

@@Marys1001 it tastes similar to beef but it is super lean so you have to be careful to not overcook it or it becomes very dry.
