That question has been going around. 2nd is there any particular order you should follow regarding your troops and city? I've made it down to the grain consumption and have 22 scrolls in place. No, you can only control your own troops - the only exception is when doing a Coalition Attack, which they have in the other Plarium games, but I'm not sure if it's been added to Sparta yet. In terms of order, it's mostly best to just follow the quests.
We know how to play that game, it's just like Total Domination given a new setting.
