MIXED RELAYS - 2024 World Rowing Indoor Championships

The day before, Finland's Joonas Kuivalainen and Iida Niemi won the men's and women's 23-39 500m races - and for this race, they combined with Arttu Härkönen and Emma Salonen for a win in the mixed team relay, posting a time of 5:26.7.
Team 'Free Speed' - Tereza Horejsova, Shannon Nordquist, Jeremy Weaver and Loïc Schalbetter - took silver for Czechia, the USA and Switzerland, while the Czech/Greek combination of Andreas Tilelis, Václav Zitta, Lenka Lukšová and Anna Šantrůčková won bronze. That's even more impressive given Šantrůčková had literally just won silver in the women's 2000m event a few minutes earlier.
