Kudos to James Guy who gave up his individual Butterfly final to be in the team as the events were too close together. If he had swum the individual event he was likely to get a bronze but no guarantee. He chose the team event - that´s selfless but also great strategy - a gold is better than a bronze any day

What's the point of swimming disciplines like this? As if there already weren't more than enough of them. In track and field you don't see mixed relay Jamaica team, hopping one one leg, then hopping on another leg, then running backwards, then running properly.
Mixed gender is really enjoyable to watch
