I owned 2 brand new Toyota, gave me nothing but trouble. Bought a brand new Kia for 7 years, very happy with it. Just bought another Sportage, I love it, so is my partner who’s over 6 ft tall, he finds it very comfortable and plenty of leg room for him. It’s absolutely beautiful car, beautiful to drive, well worth the money, wouldn’t buy anything else.
At 6ft 2in my head hits the ceiling when seated in the front passenger seat of the Rav4 (no height adjusment, even in the top spec), but I can easily fit in the Sportage.
Good review, would have liked a hi way review as my neighbour bought an 8 speed diesel and he hates how it hunts up & down gears on the slightest incline. He said the older 6 speed diesel was better.
Thank you! I never had any such issues for what's its worth, of course outside of the filming of the review I had time on highways and anything above 80 would always be 8th gear
Agree with you that those 'buttons' in the middle for the AC and infotainment are a bit cheap/nasty looking! Everything else about the car is excellent though.
@@CarSauce Yeah the whole centre area is still 'elegant' but definitely dated. The interior of the Seltos with the exterior of the Sportage would be a great combo.
wat I don't get is that no tuner said, I have rear taillights with the signal indicators in the right spot and a new rear bumper for x-amount of money. same goes for hyundai.

Yeah I look back at this video and think - was I too harsh? Maybe, but it is starting too show its age in some areas!
