Absolutely!! First game at age 7 back in 1969. To have this young man as our QB. Words cannot express how thankful I am
It's no coincidence that Mahomes plays in and has brought so much NFL "hope" to such a great, historic place like Kansas City. The way Mahomes plays is like a great jazz musician. He improvises when he has to but for the most part he is just leading the band. Charlie "Bird" Parker is from KC and like Mahomes some say he's one of the best, some say he is The GOAT. We'll see but this young, exceptionally talented, impresario has many years ahead of himself to improvise, improve and continue his winning ways.

I like Mahomes a lot and think he’s a phenomenal QB. As a Chargers fan, Herbert is my guy and I wouldn’t trade him even for PM…
That said, until Herbo and my Bolts knock off the Chiefs once or twice for the AFC West title and go the distance in the playoffs, then Mahomes is the #1 dude in the league due to his many successes (regular season & playoffs). Have to beat the King of the Hill to become the new #1 guy.

So, what happens when you have a "smart smart" quarterback with a photographic memory, raised in a professional sports family, and that has a work ethic that is above and beyond anyone else in hstiory (except maybe Peyton), that is uber athletic, funny, and fun to watch?
