That was a great compilation of incredible completions. I'm a KC Chiefs fan and I saw him in one game complete a 15-20 yard pass while in the grasp of two defenders and in the process of being pulled down to the ground. But the no look pass you featured along with the left hand shot put were equally amazing. Thanks for sharing!
The ability to just slow things down and look and think what needs to be done with his arms or feet and lead is amazing you can’t help but just be in awe he makes football entertaining and fun to watch and root for him
It’s great to see a quarterback that is so flexible in bending the traditional football play and coming up with plays that are like pulling a rabbit out of a hat! Especially when he was staring down a receiver and throwing accurately to another one without looking! Thanks for making football enjoyable again Mohomes! 👍
I love that Mahomes has got so many great players around him too! Kelce, Hill, Watkins, Edwards-Hillaire to name a few & both the Lines have raised their game too. Mahomes is up there already with the big QBs of history & get the feeling this is the start! Go Chiefs Kingdom, love from Southampton UK
We've seen many great QBs over the years, and it takes an extra special player to get to the top . one of my all time favorites is John Elway because of his scrambling ability , he never gave up on a play , Mahomes is another QB that NFL history will not forget
Elway I was a fan his whole career was incredible, ups downs and ups if we can summarize, quickly well done. Mahomes immediately made me think of Elway, they have a lot of similarities in their game, Elway was unpredictable he changed the perception of the QB at the time with R Cunningham too ... Mahomes is already a legend and in intrinsic qualities the best.
We all have to wonder what John Elway could have accomplished if he had a few better players around him on both sides of the ball...especially on offense...better lineman and better running backs. I think Elway would have lead the Broncos to at least Five (5) Super Bowl wins. Elway did things on the field no other QB done before he played for the Broncos. The QB position is way more than game, season and career statistics. Tom Bardy never had to scramble...he benefitted by having good offensive lineman for pass protection...so, no wonder he had great numbers. Tom Brady was very fortunate to have played on Patriot teams with players that had above average talent along with phenomenal coaching to develop the talent in players that had 'potential'.....all that came about by the exceptional scouting.....scouts with a keen eye for the "potential talent". No Doubt the Chiefs will be out to set the same great coaching and scouts the Patriots previously had to keep players around Patrick Mahomes in order to perpetuate the current winning trend of the franchise.
As a 30 year fan of the Chiefs, Mahomes is exactly the thing to have been waiting for. I never once doubted this franchise and refused to talk smack when they were down (yes, even in the 2-14 season) I knew the right pieces had to come together eventually. What I didn’t expect was for so many of these pieces to be the standouts they really are. And top of the list is Mahomes. Funny thing, I thought he came into the league over-hyped. His college ball was good, but I thought his loose play style lacked discipline and wouldn’t transfer well to the pros. Then week 4 2018 vs Denver happened. The left handed throw hit me hard. I was like “damn this kid really is for real!” And haven’t looked back. CHIEFS!
The no look pass was more of an accomplishment. I’ve seen other qbs attempt a left handed throw, never complete it. Never seen one try the no look on a game.
I think that we have Alex Smith to thank for some of this. Mahomes had the raw talent and winning personality. Alex taught Patrick how to be an NFL quarterback. Neither of them let their pride prevent that from happening. Amazing.
@@chiefs300 Absolutely this. Smith gave a dose of caution to a young gunslinger with no fear. Oh and don't sleep on the hard count skills. Smith is a master of it, and Mahomes is pretty good with it when it counts.

My favorite is during the 2021 playoffs against the Bills. The tense back and forth, to the overtime, to the winning pass. All because in "13" seconds Patrick was able to tie up the game and then go on to defeat the Bills. Twice the Bills thought they had it won. 38 members of Allen's family standing up and cheering thought the same thing,...that the Bills had it. But that magical 13 seconds and The Chief's tied it up and went on to win!!!! Awesome game.
My favorite Mahomes moment was in the Bears-KC game two years ago, when Chicago was ahead by 5 points, and KC was deep in Chicago territory with seven seconds before the end of the game. At that exact moment, a thunderbolt struck the field just as Hill entered the end zone at the far end of the field. Mahomes threw the ball directly into the lightning bolt, and Hill received the pass 1 second before the end of the game. The ball had been completely exploded, turned into a burnt hunk of leather flapping in Hill's arms. Kansas City won by one point with one second to spare. Awesome. Never seen anyone do that before.
I've been to several Chiefs games and I was at the 2018 Ravens game with the no look pass. Very few people knew about the no look pass when it happened in the upper levels of the stadium. However, later in the game when he hit the pass to Hill in the 4th quarter with less than two minutes left, I have never felt the stadium erupt in applause and shake like it did when that happened. Truly amazing.
The one play I think should have made this highlight film is one from his first year as a starter. It was at Arrowhead against the 49ers. The Chiefs were in the red zone. Mahomes gets flushed out of the pocket, he ran backwards, zig-zags from right to left, stumbles, kept his balance, turned around and fired a dart to Chris Conley in the back of the end zone right passed Richard Sherman. It was incredible.
Patrick Mahomes,,,,,,the boy is COLD !!!!! He's 'Mr. Showtime' ,,, we here in Kansas city LOVE HIM !!!!!!!!!! He is a legend in his own time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think it is necessarily his athletic ability that is the "Mahomes Magic" (although athletically he is an absolute BEAST.) What makes him magical to me is how dayum fast he processes things. Not only does he possess one of the highest QB IQ's in the game his ability to assess and adjust almost twice as fast as other greats is what makes his play magical. The thought process to shovel pass that one left-handed and make that absolute magical no look adjustment took him literally just a tenth of a second to assess and adjust on those plays.

He doesn't have big drop-offs, or awful games. The only time his stat-line dipped was when he was injured and even then he came back and led his team to a SB ring.
I'm not a pro sports guy at all, but I've been an athlete, and I'm from Cleveland, so I kinda had to watch the Browns/Steelers last weekend. God that lakefront stadium was cold, back in the 80s we had a chance a couple times when I was a kid, but since then just nothing. So forgive me if it's kind of exciting to see the Browns win like they did. Couldn't help but check out the NFL preview on tomorrow's game, and I'll be honest, I've heard the name, but I've never seen Patrick Mahomes. When I saw him throw deep down the field it was like being struck by lightning. What??? How much power does this guy have in his arm? Then when I watched him throw sidearm I became afraid for the Brownies. This guy is unreal. A few TH-cam videos later and yeah, congrats Patrick, you are something special and only just beginning. I'm reminded of LeBron... Still hope the Browns win, it's a team game after all.
I think my favorite Mahomes moment is the TD run against the Titans in the AFC championship game. Alongside his incredible athletic ability, it perfectly showcases the intangibles that he possesses-grit, determination, tenacity, leadership, winning approach/mentality, whatever you want to call them-and not only that, it came in a big moment in the game as it put the Chiefs up in the waning seconds before halftime.
I laugh at the trolls that say Mahomes is over rated, he ain't in the top 50, etc. They just hating because he doesn't play for their team. Mahomes vision is what sets him apart. He has the vision to see all at the same time: a defender getting close, a teammate getting open, and then choosing to either run for the first down or throw it accurately to an open receiver. Extremely rare talent. 3 straight AFC championship games, 2 straight Super Bowl games, 3 straight AFC West titles.
K so I’m Australian and don’t necessarily follow the NFL but somehow Stan hard for Patrick Mahomes, especially following the Chiefs historic Super Bowl win....so excuse my ignorance and don’t hate on me for asking this...but why can’t/shouldn’t QB’s throw across their body if they’re physically able to? I don’t get it? Why is throwing directly ahead for example considered the way to go? 🏈
I'm 78 years old and a San Diego native who supported the Chargers from Bambi to Rivers. Always disappointed at the end of every season. After the Chargers and San Diego leaders could not keep the Chargers here I felt it necessary to find another team to root for, one that was a winner. Well that job fell on the KC Chiefs and I have been cheering my hero Mahomes ever since. So glad to cheer for a winning team.

We did lose in the Superbowl but we will comeback we always do we have a fresh O-Line now let's go boys
Mahomes different 🔥 he stay healthy I can see him having multiple rings in the future 💯
I like Patrick Mahomes he is a good football player hope he win this year
Merry Christmas to all the Chiefs Kingdom!
We can now add Super Bowl LVII to that list now.
He is doing all of this at 24.
We need an update on this video. Go ahead and make it a series because he's doing great shit every season 😂😂😂
6 AFC West titles...but Mahomes only has 4.
That’s mah quarterback 😭MAHOMEBOY ‼️‼️‼️ HOW BOUT THOSE CHIEEEEFFFSS‼️‼️‼️
“...Those teams don’t have Patrick Mahommes...” 1:46 💪💪
Love that smile!
1 last point, Mahomes has the born & gifted ability to make difficult throwing appear to look easy, but nothing is easy playing at that level.
