It’s been around for 40-ish years and has gone through stages of attracting attention, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes not, and stages of fading into the background of the learning and development agenda.
I first started learning NLP in 1992 and I’m still finding that the fundamentals of NLP are my best tools for achieving results in a wide range of situations with my clients.
