- Botswana is going ahead with plans to build a 300-megawatt coal-fired power plant. The Energy Ministry announced funding partners for a 2.5-billion dollar plant to produce synthetic fuels from coal. It is the only fossil fuel-based power plant the Southern African country plans to procure in the next 20 years. Botswana plans to increase its energy mix to almost 40% renewables by 2036.

Sunny Botswana could easily provide all of it's daytime needs from solar power and some storage capacity could help with the rest.
Coal should only be for baseload.

Get rid of, all the Gas stations and cars in Africa and Ride Horses. Then ownership will open up for the entire Africa plus, Africa's own Dollar. That will be the Dollar with the most Value.
