Oxtail Stew | Ragoût à la queue de boeuf

This soup is dedicated to one of my friends and all my amazing viewers who asked me to make oxtail soup. It is very delicious and easy to make but it takes hours of cooking. You could use a slow cooker or a pressure cooker, that would reduce the cooking time.
We usually eat it with baguette but you could eat it with couscous, quinoa, or our Sénégabian couscous called Thiéré or Tiéré.
