Ingredients
Slices of bread - 6 pcs
Ham - 4 pieces (optional sausage)
Grated cheese - 30 grams
Tomato - 1 pc
Eggs - 3 pcs
Parsley
Chives
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Oregano
Method of preparation
On three of the slices of bread, we cut out the middle and remove it.
Place the cut slices on top of the other three slices.
Using a spoon, press down the middle of the bottom slice.
Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
Add chopped ham, tomato, chives and parsley to them.
Place the resulting mixture in the opening of the slices.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
