Boarding Actions is such a good way to play 40K! And you guys make it so damn immersive! It makes me want to build a whole terrain spaceship with multiple floors. Hm…

Yea I think with narrative games you’re gonna have some of those imbalances just for the sake of it! Think this isn’t about the most competitive battle but more about that flavour and the story
Y'all need to look at those boarding action rules just a little bit closer. Now if you're adjusting them because of it being a narrative campaign, that's a different story, but underdog bonus is only gained if you're 30 points under your opponent.

30:52 cant you consolidate onto the nearest objective though? so he could kill the dwarf in the door, and consolidate into the room and within 3 inches of the objective. Or is that different for Boarding Actions?
Question related to non GW games: any plans for a new Star Wars Legion battle report? The game has gotten a pretty significant change and I’d love to see and hear your guys take on it.
Unfortunately 12 of the 54 missions in the new Boarding Actions book are unplayable without Soulschackle terrain, and Warhammer hasn’t re-released Soulschackle yet.
I wish they would have just gotten rid of the combat patrols. The points based boarding action boxes with a consistent flat rate discount is the better way to go. Patrols are marketed as 500 point boxes, hoard armies are going to need more models. The flat rate discount and non fixed msrp would let you do that without awful boxes like the guard and admec with about half those points.
Tycho has to be the nicest and most polite child of chaos I've ever seen.
I find most Chaos players are pretty chill. Imo Orks>Chaos>everyone else>space marines as the coolest players to play against.
He has the gift of nurgle 😊
The real highlight of the series is Nick's Scottish accent getting slightly better every episode

We are adjusting them slightly for our narrative but yea you are correct. The underdog bonus is more restrictive.
