I think in total out of every song, apochronal is the only one to never have its name mentioned. Tetrabrachial was in the epilogue mix. Placation was mentioned in excrescence with “can’t placate on the brink of insanity” And deicide was mentioned in a reply above so. Yeah apochronal got the middle finger in name mentions
I find it a nice touch that Sl4sh and Fatal Error turn down NMI because of how cruel and horrible he can be. He’s not a faux god. He’s a demon in Angel’s Robes… …and that piano at the end… good god, is it beautiful. Not only is it sad because Sl4sh and Fatal Error leave him to just… be him, I guess. But also because it’s the perfect way to end a grand story that has become so… magnificent… Like you once said, GasGrass… you promised us greatness… and by the Lord above, you have… but the rest… is truly up to us… rise up, my friends. My family. My enemies. All of us, together, are creative in our own way. GasGrass has reached the end creating of the starting point… but this is not the end. It is only the beginning. We must not leave ourselves trapped in what we already have. For now, it it time for US… to continue the legacy of Path To Deicide’s Perfection. Genuinely a good ass ending to Path to Deicide. Not counting deicide itself, this is one of the longer songs in the full album, and it does NOT dissapoint. First, their denial of even allying with NMI. Every other denial has been due to unfortunate timing, circumstance, or past conflicts. This one, BOTH sl4sh and fatal agree that NMI is horrible, and refuse to ally, even if NMI was willing. I love how every denial has been for different reasons, and this one was entirely by Boths volition. I also love how talking and lyrics are greatly integrated. Although excresence already did lyrics, I love how these ones are different. Excresense went for a rap style while this one went to pull at the emotional chords. Genuinely a good song to end off the series on. I will be waiting for the full album.
I love how in the end, they instead of insulting, they actually want Innocence to change, id love to see him change for good and join them in the "Deicide Crusade"

As somebody who has never heard NMI's story/lore, this is sick as HELL. Sadly there wasnt a mention besides a name drop from Picopine and Wacky, but Picopine didnt need to be here for NMI to absolutely demolish any other songs. I have no complaints at ALL. This song was chaotic yet peaceful at the same time, which i LOVE. I wish i had more than 5 bucks at the moment, but its better than nothing. To GasGrass, and anybody who assisted in making this. Haha, I didn't expect someone to actually catch them! Destiny uploads their trailers in multiple languages, so I used them to get lines in Japanese without using unreliable translators. Remarkably foolproof.

Wish I could say more about the song, but my knowledge of NMI is pretty much none, still, just like all the other Extras song they do an amazing job at setting the scene and make you understand the character through the small world building they do for the song. But every story must come to an end, and while there probably be more in an uncertain future, but for now this is *The Adieu*

This is a certified "This is it, Luigi" moment here, ladies and gentlemen. The final song of Path To Deicide Extras, and the end to Path to Deicide as a whole. After an entire year of talking down a self-proclaimed god and recruiting others to kill said god, it all ends here. Sl4sh and Fatal Error had found their last entity to recruit. Thank you, Gasgrass, for creating a story that goes beyond what the usual stories for most EXEs have. As a fan of your content, I'll continue to enjoy what you make. All that's left is the Path To Deicide album and the greatest story of all can finally rest.
First off, I wanna congratulate you, you have improved so much ever since the OG Tetrabrachial and kept on improving after every song. Listening to your music and being a part of this journey has been great, it helped me get through some challenging times. I also want to thank you! The amount of support that you and this community has given me has been overwhelming and I can’t thank all of you enough for that. I wasn’t here from the very start, but I could see from the get go that this was gonna be something special. And I’m not gonna lie it’s hard to let go of this series now cause what it has done for me, very few pieces of media I can remember have done that for me. But you Grass somehow did that. So once again, to you and to everyone who were apart of this wonderful display, thank you for everything. Now, for what’s seems to be for the final time, let’s bid these EXEs their well deserved adieu.
I gotta say, I wasn't expecting Makoto to have a character development in this. He really has *No More Innocence* in him. My favorite part has to be 3:19 and then the section after that. I knew you since Tetrabrachial, and when I walk to the university with my headphones, I have always had your songs on my lists, they fill me with energy, my favorites were Deicide, Placation and now Nihility, I swear that when I found out that you were going to do an NMI song (wich along with Hog/Scorched are my favorite ".exe"s) I knew I should wait for it, and god, it was worth it, I'm sick and tired of coming from a trip, but I still put on my headphones, because I couldn't miss this, even though I missed the premiere, ahhhh. Anyway, I'm dying for you to release the lore of this NMI, which feels like a vessel more than NMI, a previous version of the NMI we all know, before breaking its chains as Fatal said. The lore of this NMI certainly deviates from his official character. There’s a lot to learn from what can be found in this song, but one day I do hope to expand on it.

For those who don't know, Iris is an/the AI that created the Fatal Copies, a species created by her. Fatal Error is also a part of this species. (For more info, please check the EXE Wiki or the EXE Fandom). 2. If you hear closely, you can hear a "crowd" singing beside No More Innocence in the lyrics section. 3. Beside Gas claiming that the Path to Deicide is canon (no offense), this version of No More Innocence behaves slightly different than the one depicted in the Wiki(s). No More Innocence (usually) like to torture his victim (usually children) psychologically instead of physically (the beam and stuff). 4. Pretty much every part of the lyric is foreshadowing No More Innocence's lore. Except the servants part.

What an absolute amazing conclusion to an even more amazing story-telling project. I've been a fan of PtD ever since Tetrabrachial, and while it is sad to see it come to an end, you and Dayy managed to conclude it PERfectly. I like the overall similarity to Silly Billy the feel of this song has in some sections, if anything to be a reference to this character sharing the same mod. While not outright sharing any distinct melodies or leitmotifs, it just feels familiar, which I find pretty cool. Especially the melody No More Innocence sings in the beginning section, and then the lyrical version in the later half, similar to how Silly Billy structures the same pattern. Also: The 3:14 section was awesome.

This was honestly the best way to conclude the series, the song was absolutely majestic and absolutely gave finale vibes! I’m so so happy to have got into PtD (since Deicide) to have witnessed these outstanding creations. On a serious note, this series has carried me through so many moments and has left a huge impression upon me and most likely many others. It’s been a huge motivation and a huge inspiration too and I cannot be more grateful for finding a gem of a series like this. Gas, the amount of work, effort, and soul you have put into this series really shows through and pays off in the best ways possible. You are really an aspirational person and so is PtD, and I cannot wait for whatever content is due for the future. No words in the English dialect can describe how extravagant this whole experience has been. Thank you for the most wondrous music, art and moments that path to Deicide has carried. Kudos to you :))

This, is the most beautiful masterpiece you have created yet Gas, the visualizer being mostly black and white made the moments that showed color all the more incredible to see. Not to mention NMI's vocals, and the talk they have at the very end of how NMI lost purpose to this entity? This video waspjust bursting with emotion and perfection! Pure gold! First of all, thank you for creating such a wonderful series. I was so excited from the beginning to the end. I got interested in Path to Deicide through Facetious and really enjoyed it. I can't stop getting goosebumps. Although this song is intense, it also feels calm somehow, as if saying goodbye to Fatal and SL4SH. I don't want to believe this series is over, but this is the perfect song to end it with. I was also happy that NMI spoke Japanese. And the final conversation and the piano playing in the background also give me goosebumps. As always, your songs, art, voices, and visualizers are truly amazing. I sincerely respect you. God, where to start? I was randomly listening to Sonic.exe FNF songs when I randomly came across Apochronal (and, in turn, your channel) sometime after its release and decided to listen to it; I've been hooked since. It's been one heck of a ride and I'm glad to see this project come to completion when so many FNF -EXE projects have crashed and burned. First, the art; I love how it's mostly monochrome but changes to red and black during certain parts of the song. It fits considering this is No More Innocence involved here. Second, maybe it's just me, but it sounds like you've improved your Fatal Error voice since Facetious; it sounds great! Also, I don't know if that was intentional, but I love how Fatal sounded like a Dalek when he said "EXTERMINATE." The lore drops! I haven't seen a lot of people talk about Iris despite the fact that she's Fatal's mother. I'm so glad you mentioned her! And hearing NMI's original name was gold. Finally, the song itself. It's incredible! The dialogue is perfect and the lyrics are incredible! The song seems to imply that NMI was one of the toughest opponents Sl4sh and Fatal fought, aside from Xenophyte. As another commenter pointed out, unlike other failed recruits, the god killers decided not to ally with NMI; considering NMI's lore, I don't blame them. Sl4sh and Fatal maybe evil, but even they have some lines they won't cross. Sad that we may not see Sl4sh and Fatal together again after what Sl4sh's creator said but I'm happy to see that they went out with a bang.
@@freddykrueger1699 SL4SH's creator doesn't want to be associated with AnarackWarriors anymore, and in turn, doesn't want SL4SH portrayed as Fatal Error's ally. GasGrass has permission from SL4SH's creator to use him with Fatal.
Wow. I'm speechless. I think this is the highest this series has ever reached. The music and artwork are impeccable, as always, but the message it conveys is also a perfect ending. NMI is, so far, the first entity to be formally rejected by Sl4sh and Fatal as he has decided to submit to a greater power. It feels like that kind of secret boss RPGs have, an enemy that represents the opposite of what the protagonists are, even though he is not the main antagonist and, like these bosses, it is usually a battle that is fought after defeating the final boss (in this case, Xeno). I don't know if I'm the only one who sees the parallel, lol. The dialogues at the end give me goosebumps and NMI's voice is perfect, it's unbelievable that they all share the same voice actor. Thank you so much for this work of art, GasGrass! You have a fan willing to see what else you create!

Path to Deicide in its current state is complete. I won’t be making any more FNF songs for it. But who’s to say I won’t do something else with Path to Deicide in the future?
Actually there are already some of these songs. There was the Lord X song (Delude) by The Pickled One. I've also made a couple of Fan Song my self including Rewrite, Majin, Lord X and Sonic.EXE. In fact, I'm planning to make a Tails Doll song. But they are covers, not fan songs. There was also a 2017X fansong by Lunastar (SUbterminal)

From what I got from this and with the knowledge I have of NMI NMI thinks by making all his targets addicted with playing Sonic, he is essentially "saving them from nihility", which I'd guess it's an allusion to the hardships of life (Which is further emphasized by the "It will set them free from the pain of reality" line). But he doesn't appear to be doing this by his own will, but rather by the demand of a being who promised him a "purpose in life". If I were to guess, this entity is the False God, who turned NMI into something akin to a Cultist, who'd carry on his legacy after he dies. I'd imagine Xeno is manipulating NMI into thinking he is setting everyone he is targetting free, when in reality, he is only furthering his plans of bloodshed

@RabidEditz666 imma be completely honest bro, it was an asspull😂 No but actually, gas confirmed prior to the release of deicide that dx, cyclops, and wacky would play a role in the series. And since we got DX after epilogue mix, and NMI won the poll for the final song of the album, it simply came down to a 50/50 on wether cyclops or wacky came out first. Hence the asspull
Keeping up with this series, these songs, has always kept me going, it was one of the reasons to. I heavily enjoyed waiting for a new song to come out, eagerly waiting to hear what it would sound like. I’ve been here since the very first song that set the motion for this story came out, and while I’m incredibly sad that it’s come to an end, I am so glad I got to experience this journey!!! You put so much effort, energy, and time into each and every one of these songs and you always do yourself justice with them. This truly was… our path to deicide… (I had to)
The party for this was seems fun, Wacky and Picopine along with Sl4sh and Fatal is a very interesting combo, although I can't imagine they wouldn't piss off Sl4sh often

This was beautiful, the amount of different emotions i felt from this, the intense energetic start to the hard dramatic fight scene feel, to the sad feeling at the end, exactly what i want from any song props to everyone who worked on this. This has to be one of my top favorites out of the deicide series. I love the song! And the art has to be one of my favorite styles yet! And nice reference to Silly Billy.
Fair to say, for a NMI song we expect intense. For example, Fakebaby, the song called NO MORE INNOCENCE and irrational cruelty. However, i prefer this take of NMI. The song is calming, but also serious. Like this is the finale before the red and grey hedgehogs be gone from this channel (probably) forever. Lyrics are amazing, no need to point that out. Makes sense why GasGrass said there would be no more lyrics like DX…because this is DIFFERENT from DX. this isn’t a rap. This is a song. NMI explaining his purpose…to stop “NIHILITY.” While I’m not good at fully saying my opinions. I can say, for sure, Path To Deicide is my favourite EXE series to ever be made. Shame this story is stuck to TH-cam and won’t get a FNF mod. But i will say this for the finale of Path to Deicide…or PTD. The piano at the end of the song…oh god, i feel like I’m going to cry. I feel like Fatal Error dialogue at the end will speak to someone. Why is this emotional? …at the end, we face no more innocence. we have finally walked the path, and our trail is done. God. What is there to say about this. This might be.. the best song from this whole series, I'll need to listen to the instrumental when it releases to really say, but this song has everything I love about this series. Great use of the characters and their thoughts and interactions with another. An amazing lyrical section, and as always amazing music. Thank you Gas Grass, for making this series and getting me to care about all these characters that I hardly cared about before. I'm excited for whatever else comes after this, thank you.

Genuinely a good ass ending to Path to Deicide. Not counting deicide itself, this is one of the longer songs in the full album, and it does NOT dissapoint.
First, their denial of even allying with NMI. Every other denial has been due to unfortunate timing, circumstance, or past conflicts. This one, BOTH sl4sh and fatal agree that NMI is horrible, and refuse to ally, even if NMI was willing. I love how every denial has been for different reasons, and this one was entirely by Boths volition.
I also love how talking and lyrics are greatly integrated. Although excresence already did lyrics, I love how these ones are different. Excresense went for a rap style while this one went to pull at the emotional chords.
Genuinely a good song to end off the series on. I will be waiting for the full album.
I love how in the end, they instead of insulting, they actually want Innocence to change, id love to see him change for good and join them in the "Deicide Crusade"

Wish I could say more about the song, but my knowledge of NMI is pretty much none, still, just like all the other Extras song they do an amazing job at setting the scene and make you understand the character through the small world building they do for the song.
But every story must come to an end, and while there probably be more in an uncertain future, but for now this is *The Adieu*

2. If you hear closely, you can hear a "crowd" singing beside No More Innocence in the lyrics section.
3. Beside Gas claiming that the Path to Deicide is canon (no offense), this version of No More Innocence behaves slightly different than the one depicted in the Wiki(s). No More Innocence (usually) like to torture his victim (usually children) psychologically instead of physically (the beam and stuff).
4. Pretty much every part of the lyric is foreshadowing No More Innocence's lore. Except the servants part.

I've been a fan of PtD ever since Tetrabrachial, and while it is sad to see it come to an end, you and Dayy managed to conclude it PERfectly. Loved this series so much, and this is going down as my most favourite EXE-temed song in fnf, it checks off all the boxes.

I like the overall similarity to Silly Billy the feel of this song has in some sections, if anything to be a reference to this character sharing the same mod. While not outright sharing any distinct melodies or leitmotifs, it just feels familiar, which I find pretty cool. Especially the melody No More Innocence sings in the beginning section, and then the lyrical version in the later half, similar to how Silly Billy structures the same pattern.
Also: The 3:14 section was awesome.

First of all, thank you for creating such a wonderful series. I was so excited from the beginning to the end. I got interested in Path to Deicide through Facetious and really enjoyed it.
I can't stop getting goosebumps. Although this song is intense, it also feels calm somehow, as if saying goodbye to Fatal and SL4SH. I don't want to believe this series is over, but this is the perfect song to end it with. I was also happy that NMI spoke Japanese. And the final conversation and the piano playing in the background also give me goosebumps.
As always, your songs, art, voices, and visualizers are truly amazing. I sincerely respect you. I would also like to express my gratitude to everyone involved in the production of this series.

God, where to start? I was randomly listening to Sonic.exe FNF songs when I randomly came across Apochronal (and, in turn, your channel) sometime after its release and decided to listen to it; I've been hooked since. It's been one heck of a ride and I'm glad to see this project come to completion when so many FNF -EXE projects have crashed and burned.
First, the art; I love how it's mostly monochrome but changes to red and black during certain parts of the song. It fits considering this is No More Innocence involved here.
Second, maybe it's just me, but it sounds like you've improved your Fatal Error voice since Facetious; it sounds great! Also, I don't know if that was intentional, but I love how Fatal sounded like a Dalek when he said "EXTERMINATE."
The lore drops! I haven't seen a lot of people talk about Iris despite the fact that she's Fatal's mother. I'm so glad you mentioned her! And hearing NMI's original name was gold.
Finally, the song itself. It's incredible! The dialogue is perfect and the lyrics are incredible! The song seems to imply that NMI was one of the toughest opponents Sl4sh and Fatal fought, aside from Xenophyte. As another commenter pointed out, unlike other failed recruits, the god killers decided not to ally with NMI; considering NMI's lore, I don't blame them. Sl4sh and Fatal maybe evil, but even they have some lines they won't cross.
Sad that we may not see Sl4sh and Fatal together again after what Sl4sh's creator said but I'm happy to see that they went out with a bang.

@@freddykrueger1699 SL4SH's creator doesn't want to be associated with AnarackWarriors anymore, and in turn, doesn't want SL4SH portrayed as Fatal Error's ally. GasGrass has permission from SL4SH's creator to use him with Fatal.
Wow. I'm speechless. I think this is the highest this series has ever reached. The music and artwork are impeccable, as always, but the message it conveys is also a perfect ending. NMI is, so far, the first entity to be formally rejected by Sl4sh and Fatal as he has decided to submit to a greater power. It feels like that kind of secret boss RPGs have, an enemy that represents the opposite of what the protagonists are, even though he is not the main antagonist and, like these bosses, it is usually a battle that is fought after defeating the final boss (in this case, Xeno). I don't know if I'm the only one who sees the parallel, lol.
The dialogues at the end give me goosebumps and NMI's voice is perfect, it's unbelievable that they all share the same voice actor.

Actually there are already some of these songs. There was the Lord X song (Delude) by The Pickled One. I've also made a couple of Fan Song my self including Rewrite, Majin, Lord X and Sonic.EXE. In fact, I'm planning to make a Tails Doll song. But they are covers, not fan songs. There was also a 2017X fansong by Lunastar (SUbterminal)

it's been a wild journey going through this path... to deicide. all of these songs are bangers and go beyond what FNF songs can accomplish. i can't underestimate how good of a job you've done with this series. i haven't seen anything like this and i probably never will. and thank you gas for being an amazing and supportive friend! i'll stay here for any future endeavors you take on, including VtN and other various side projects you're apart of.

From what I got from this and with the knowledge I have of NMI
NMI thinks by making all his targets addicted with playing Sonic, he is essentially "saving them from nihility", which I'd guess it's an allusion to the hardships of life (Which is further emphasized by the "It will set them free from the pain of reality" line). But he doesn't appear to be doing this by his own will, but rather by the demand of a being who promised him a "purpose in life". If I were to guess, this entity is the False God, who turned NMI into something akin to a Cultist, who'd carry on his legacy after he dies. I'd imagine Xeno is manipulating NMI into thinking he is setting everyone he is targetting free, when in reality, he is only furthering his plans of bloodshed

No but actually, gas confirmed prior to the release of deicide that dx, cyclops, and wacky would play a role in the series.
And since we got DX after epilogue mix, and NMI won the poll for the final song of the album, it simply came down to a 50/50 on wether cyclops or wacky came out first. Hence the asspull
Keeping up with this series, these songs, has always kept me going, it was one of the reasons to. I heavily enjoyed waiting for a new song to come out, eagerly waiting to hear what it would sound like. I’ve been here since the very first song that set the motion for this story came out, and while I’m incredibly sad that it’s come to an end, I am so glad I got to experience this journey!!! You put so much effort, energy, and time into each and every one of these songs and you always do yourself justice with them. This truly was… our path to deicide… (I had to)
The party for this was seems fun, Wacky and Picopine along with Sl4sh and Fatal is a very interesting combo, although I can't imagine they wouldn't piss off Sl4sh often
Oh GasGrass where do i begin (no this isnt the copy paste comment) I remember the first time i saw Tetrabrachial i was hooked, and eventually there were more parts and i just kept watching, and there were always small and clever details like the name of the song always relating to actions in the song or something else, and i really enjoyed this series, thank you for blessing our eyes with constant peak 🙏 i wish you well with future projects 🔥
Edit: something i also really enjoyed with this song is how you mentioned how Fatal is the “son of iris”, which is nice because i feel like not a lot of people truly know Fatals backstory or origin, or even NMI or SL4SH’s origin/backstory

This was beautiful, the amount of different emotions i felt from this, the intense energetic start to the hard dramatic fight scene feel, to the sad feeling at the end, exactly what i want from any song props to everyone who worked on this. Fair to say, for a NMI song we expect intense. For example, Fakebaby, the song called NO MORE INNOCENCE and irrational cruelty. However, i prefer this take of NMI. The song is calming, but also serious. Like this is the finale before the red and grey hedgehogs be gone from this channel (probably) forever.
Lyrics are amazing, no need to point that out. Makes sense why GasGrass said there would be no more lyrics like DX…because this is DIFFERENT from DX. this isn’t a rap. This is a song. NMI explaining his purpose…to stop “NIHILITY.”
While I’m not good at fully saying my opinions. I can say, for sure, Path To Deicide is my favourite EXE series to ever be made. Shame this story is stuck to TH-cam and won’t get a FNF mod. But i will say this for the finale of Path to Deicide…or PTD.

This might be.. the best song from this whole series, I'll need to listen to the instrumental when it releases to really say, but this song has everything I love about this series. Great use of the characters and their thoughts and interactions with another. An amazing lyrical section, and as always amazing music. Thank you Gas Grass, for making this series and getting me to care about all these characters that I hardly cared about before. I'm excited for whatever else comes after this, thank you.
