Spinach for the win! Love the paper towel method. Great idea about a nice daily fresh spinach omelette.

I generally put some feta in my spinach omelets but I agree it's a great way to eat your greens.

I can't get Maxigro, have you tried Dr. Earth or nutes from HD? Omelet at the end looked great.

Sorry, I haven't tried Dr. Earth or nutes from HD. However, if they are made for hydroponics, you can definitely give them a try.

Dr Earth is NOT specifically for hydroponics, I wonder what makes hydroponics special. I'm getting the bug, I just got my third system, 'MUFGA' 12 pod, and was just $50, so much cheaper than my aeros.

@@tomp9447they are not water soluble #1 and #2 organic ingredients are usually poop from animals and smell…. Trust me, I had that same question and did a ton of research! What makes a plant organic is you are not spraying it with pesticides!

Can you do this all year round? I live in Chicago and this starting to get cold.

Of course! These systems are meant to be indoors and the indoor temperatures are controlled. So, we can grow year long. Just wanted to call out that the plants like Spinach are short crops so you need to start over the garden once they are done with their life cycle.

My spinach started bolting soon after it got to large leaves. It was disappointing.

hmm I know how sad it is. Spinach is normally a short crop and hard to save it.
