Dont relocate to a country that is worse than Ghana. Most of these countries mentioned have to be read into as they are rated under second and third world countries. Also the fact that a country is in Europe or in America doesn't not mean they are wealthy! Ireland, Germany and Portugal are part of European union and Schengen states and gives you the liberty to 26 more countries.
