    Discover the wonders of HIFU and the HIFU Face Treatment! This revolutionary system, like the Ultraformer iii and the advanced 7D HIFU machine, directs high-intensity focused ultrasound energy precisely into the skin's layers without harming the surrounding tissue.
    This process stimulates collagen denaturation, resulting in two key benefits: instant skin contraction for immediate lifting and delayed collagen production over months. And all thanks to the beauty of Ultherapy.
    Wondering about fat loss? HIFU can target depths from 1.5mm to 13mm, allowing the potential to eliminate fat from the face and body. Targeting the subcutaneous layer heats up fat cells, leading to apoptosis or fat cell death. However, it's crucial to note fat layers vary in thickness across the face and body and using the correct depths can minimise unwanted fatloss or encourage it - depending on your goals.
    Is HIFU right for you? It's ideal for those over 30 with mild-to-moderate skin laxity. A slim face, severe skin laxity, or active lesions might make you unsuitable for the treatment. For optimal results, consult a professional skin care provider for advice.
    Stay tuned as I demonstrate the 7D HIFU treatment process on my face and neck! Remember, HIFU should be administered by a trained professional - the content in this video is for entertainment and educational purposes only and is not to be taken as medical advice. Aftercare is simple, and results can last well over a year with potential follow-ups for optimal outcomes.

I really like that you make the videos, and you will undoubtedly have saved many people from mistakes that they might otherwise have made. Still. Thank you very much. P.s. Hi if the skin is 1.85mm on the cheek, why do people use 3.0mm for building collagen? When that actually reaches the fat layer? Why is it states on every site possible that 1.5mm just refines pores, treats epidermal, when it really goes into the deep dermis?
    Is it because of water resistance in the skin? The energy weakens as it goes further down?

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      You're welcome. The pro device is instantaneous with results after one use. As it's more powerful, you definitely hear and feel it working. The HIFU beam is also macro-focussed, so it creates exact lift in treated areas and avoids any damage or heating to nearby tissue. The pro device also has cartridges for use on the entire body, with depths up to 13mm (ideal for larger fat deposits) The home use devices are amazing too, and they definitely give results - albeit not as pronounced nor fast. But this is a good thing as it prevents any overzealous use to cause fat loss. 😁

    First of all I would like to thank you for the beautiful videos you make about 7D hifu device. You have neatly marked off your face for places you are not allowed to use and then smeared it with gel. That's why I really enjoy watching your instructional videos. I also see you with the 1.5 hifu cartridge going very close to your eyes and it seems that you are almost going over your eyeball. I also see your eye blinking a little while you are working with the hifu 1.5 mm cartridge. Aren't you afraid that you could hit your eyeball, causing your eye to become permanently damaged, even "blind". I have one myself, but for that reason I hardly dare to use it, because you sometimes hear negative things about it. Is it okay if I send you a photo of myself to await your advice? What would you do? I am now 70 years old. I have some sagging skin at the corners of my mouth and my chin, I would like to get rid of that. If it gives a good result, I want to get rid of my stomach reduction later by means of: a little too high energy. Heat above 42 degrees Celsius. And make my butt a little thicker and tighter. Please give your advice.
    My sincere thanks in advance.

    Hi TJ, you said you might want to lose fat in the jowls, nasolabial folds etc. - but wouldn't this make the skin loose, because the fat will just liquefy and "hang"?

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Hey. Great question. When the fat is broken down, the body removes it via the lymphatic system - so it doesn't liquify and just sit there ☺️ But also, the multi depth approach tightens and lifts the mid and upper layers at the same time for a contoured and toned look.

    • @TJTutorials

      Yes I had lost around 3kg at this point on Keto. However, some of that change in my face will be from targeting the fat layer in my jaw and turkey neck area with the 4.5mm cartridge and a higher heat setting. The upper face (cheeks, etc) is still nice and plump by targeting the upper layers at a lower temp. It makes all of the difference to have such precision.

      Hi. Great question. As there's a lot of vasculature around the upper lip area, it is not recommended for use there.

    i thought RF microneedling machine can also do all these?

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Hi. RF Microneedling has similar uses, but not the same. For a start, HIFU reaches the SMAS layer, Dermis, and Epidermis without any need to cause wounds to the skin surface - so now downtime. HIFU is also extremely targeted, so only the focused area is treated and nowhere else. RF and HIFU complement each other beautifully, but HIFU is a more advanced treatment.

      100% agree. Great job TJ keep up the good. Hifu really doesn’t get the press it deserves it’s almost actually sort of taboo considering how advanced it is. I see RF needling as almost Barbaric in comparison to Hifu personally. Why break the skin if you don’t need too!

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I don't numb because the heat is deep inside the skin, not on the surface. So numbing won't make any difference. Also, I don't find it painful. A little bit uncomfortable at times, but no pain 😊

      I am a little more of a fan of HIFU over the RF Microneedling, mainly as it is more comfortable to use and doesn't have the downtime of Microneedling RF. However, both are great tools. It just depends on what you're goals are and what your current skin collagen and elastin levels are 😁

      I'm in my 40s, it's old enough! It's actually the optimal age for HiFu and also the age that most people are considering non-surgical options 😊 but I'm sure if you look around you'll find someone using it on someone older than me.

    I've just put my HIFU appointment on hold. I've saw it mentioned that the skin tightening effects of HIFU and RF are basically scar tissue. It was claimed that the denaturing and then building back of collagen actually leads to 'disorganised collagen' rather than normal, uniform collagen. Basically scar tissue. Supposedly this disorganised mesh of collagen scaring can lead to complications when it comes to potential surgeries in the area. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on this. I'm trying to find some studies.

    • @cordellchristianorganicsal3323
      @cordellchristianorganicsal3323 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      There are some people who think that new collagen is just scar tissue that’s not exactly true. There’s a lot controversy on how it works exactly. But scar tissue is aggregated collagen and elastin. With hifu you can actually help break up scar tissue and get the regrow smooth. With the addition of micro current you can really see scar reduction. I perform hifu and other skin tightening services professionally. Over all it’s a pretty cool treatment and results can be really fun to watch and track over time

    • @Bobby-mq9ys
      @Bobby-mq9ys 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@cordellchristianorganicsal3323 I can see how HIFU would be great for existing scar tissue, as what it puts back, I imagine is far better than the existing scar. However, I have concerns about using it on non scared skin. New collagen is great, but it's the irregular meshing of this new collagen which I've heard is considered to act like scar tissue e.g. there is fibrosis, the collagen is meshed and fuses the layers of the skin whilst tightening. When I spoke to the clinic to cancel the HIFU procedure and spoke to them about my concerns, they didn't disagree at all that it can be an unhealthy procedure for long term skin health, they just said its affective at tightening skin.

    • @myran788
      @myran788 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah I’m so confused as well. On the right I’m hearing all about the benefits and that it really really works..
      And then on the left I’m getting info that HIFU is a myth and just don’t do it, that it can cause the opposite: making you age more 🙈🙈

    • @Bobby-mq9ys
      @Bobby-mq9ys 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@myran788 My understanding ( no expert here) is that it does improve skin tone, tighten skin and boost collagen....but that it might not be the healthiest way to do it and that companies offering it may not be aware of this. Some surgeons claim they have issues doing procedures like plastic surgery or hair transplants into areas treated with HIFU or excessive RF as the layers of the skin have fused together. The collegen that increases is good...but the way it's arranged within the skin isn't particularly great. I'd still consider this treatment on scars and stretch marks as the 'disordered collagen' that is produces is likely far better than the existing scar tissue. So swings and round about I guess. I decided to go for micro needling at shallow depths instead. There are always new procedures and techniques coming through, so if you're unsure, I'd just wait.
