'Vertex' not 'vortex', but yes, I agree.
Side _a_ should be opposite vertex _A_ and so on.

Its important to explain the methodologies before solution. For example, Find the area of the triangle. Then use the properties of a circle to find the radius. Think of the solution as a teaching moment.

Heron: sqrt(9*4*3*2)=r*11/2
θ=BCA...a=AT(T,punto di tangenza del cerchio)..√((5-a)^2+R^2)+√√((6-a)^2+R^2)=7...tgθ=R/(6-a)=(2/5)√6 (formule di Briggs)...a questo punto ho 2 equazioni in R e a... sostituisco (6-a)=R/2√6/5 nella prima equazione e anche (5-a)..R=(48/44)√6=(12/11)√6..mah
