I LOVE that when you talk about having gained weight or going up a size or two that you don't complain or make it seem like a negative thing like so many other women instinctively do. As women we've just been trained to view weight gain as a bad thing and in general, to put ourselves down. You're a queen!

I LOVE how healthy your relationship is with gaining weight, it's so inspiring! I've recently fallen ill and haven't been to the gym in 3 months which has been making me feel really bad about myself, but after following you on Instagram and binging your videos I feel a little better about the weight gain ❤️ you're amazing and a breath of fresh air!

Michelle xo why is it always a good thing? Actually it’s not. The only good thing is , if they feel better and get healthy. If they feel like crap and eating stuff that makes them unhappy and they become more unhealthy, it’s not a good thing.
Carys, just a request: when you add text to a video like you did at the very beginning about Topshop could you add it to maybe a different corner of the screen? I have to have captions on for hearing problems and cant read things when they are in the left bottom corner! just a suggestion, love your content 💛

Cary's is looking absolutely stunning since gaining a bit of weight I think it really suits your body type and you look amazing. Obviously you looked good before and now but you have a really healthy glow which is lovely to see and such a positive attitude 💖
Can you try out TALA gym wear?! I think you would really like them and I would like some one I trust on TH-cam to try them before I do ❤️
Daisy Louise I can 1000% recommend!! I have the leggings, shorts and long sleeve crop. All are sweat proof and squat proof, comfortable and flattering
TALA/YAE collab would be amazing
Sophie Tatem it’s unlike though purely because of the huge difference in how TALA makes their clothing compared to most other brands including YAE

I'd have to agree. I've had to retrain my brain that whenever my clothes aren't fitting, that it's the clothing that is out of place and not my body. Very thankful to you for giving me another reminder of that❤️

With the Adidas leggings I’m not sure if it’s a case of sizing up, I’ve got them and they’ve got holes in and so has my friend so it may be quality 😕

I have the same ones and they also got a hole... soo annoying! But I fixed it, which is super easy and you can't even tell that I fixed it😊
Francesca Jones got them too and they had a hole so I brought them back to the store and they said it’s very common so they gave me a new pair
