Hi Vaibhav, The firmware update instructions are present in the firmware download page itself. For eg: NA09 firmware update instructions are present at mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/diskfwmustread.cgi/download/tools/diskfw/bin/X302_WMARS01TSSM.NA09.LOD
