If i had to choose the items to keep between games, it would be songs, wallets, same items like lens of truth, and amount of consumable items. Like if you have 18 arrows in OoT, you have 18 in MM.

Its just shorthand for gambling. Its a feature built into twitch where the chat can gamble their channel points that they accumalate by watching the stream on polls that the mods will set up. An example being whether OOT or MM will have an item on the checklist first. Hope that helps

All the music is randomized, not specifically replaced with other songs. You can turn that option off.
