Imagine if Olympic result was good, she will get all credits and now she has to bear with the critics. Now if it’s as you mentioned, it’s not an overnight or over one year change, she should have invested in promoting sports and reform the support to the athletes. In reality, they have not been paying attention on that and we are out of new blood and talent

就是当教练。因为我们大马没有像其他的先进国/富裕国。
其他国家可以选择进体育平台工作「如，球評之类」或者，进娱乐圈，当个斜星-搞笑/胡言乱语，都行。甚至我们连接个广告都是非常困难的事情。
然后，话说回头。为什么在大马，退役后的运动员很难担当起教练。
因为运动员本身就希望得到世界名教来辅助自己。。
运动员最好是孩子时期培养，
如果可以提供管道让私人教练们推荐有才能的孩子，
然后提供一个环境重点栽培，比如设立体育学校和举办联赛，
最最最重要就是让政治远离体育，政府提供友善环境就好，其他别插手。
日本就是很好的学习对象，棒球的甲子园，足球的J联赛，篮球也有联赛，还有体育高中和大学，
少子化这么严重也能栽培好幼苗，证明他们的系统很成功。
