Another quick tip to UPSCALE your plain white Dollar Tree stickers... may you never look at them the same! :) I love taking these Dollar Tree butterflies and flowers and adding color to them. You can make them to match whatever color scheme you are wanting! I love using my inks, pens, and especially gel pens to make these extra special! You can always add color to these plain stickers and make them something to treasure! Thanks for watching!!

I have loved this idea since I first heard that I don't have to keep every color of embellishment in my stash, but to always buy white or clear if available. But...the fine print on every Michaels coupon I have ever used specifically excludes Copic markers, same with JoAnn. I do agree with you about the craft community--most that I have encountered are only encouraging and very generous with sharing ideas, tips, tricks, etc. And I love how people celebrate each other. (PS Been there done that with the 12-hour shifts. That ended with an illness when I was 54 and I was never able to re-gain the stamina.)

This is a wonderful video lot of good ideas
I've coloured gems before but haven't thought of the stickers love that they will match the stamping ink you use and the papers. You could even use and ink dauber and use the stamp pads to colour them as well.

I love how you colored the gems and pearls. I was thinking alcohol inks, but I only have a couple of those and the sharpies/bic markers would give me a lot more options. This is very cool.

Just a thought.. for the butterflys.. define the top wings a tiny bit from the bottom wings.. the dark blue one will look awesome with judlst a tiny lime seperating the wings... 20 odd years as an artist... and i never thought of doing this LOL.. thank you for the inspiration...

Hi Janet, thank you for the reminder. I was just at Dollar Tree and passed up some of the white ones and silver ones but wasn't thrilled with the neon bright colors either.
