7:24 onwards, super valuable Ken! Thanks for sharing. It surprises me that you spend the Monday on Marketing Assets and Tuesdays onwards on Management and Vision / Growth. Where most companies start with that Monday morning meetings talking about numbers etc. It's nice to get a different perspective. You're the next "Entrepreneurs in Cars" haha
Ken is one of the most down to earth people you will find just my opinion actually I think a person like this should be run for political office because this is what this country needs. Very intelligent centrist conservative fiscal mind.

The building has commonly been described as an eyesore. The waterfront Tower is an iconic building with stunning sea views.

It's good if Ken is building NEW homes and increasing the housing supply. But how many of those 8,355 homes were EXISTING units and thereby deprived hundreds or thousands of individual families from purchasing houses, and locked them out of the housing market? This is partly why we have a housing crisis - corporations are buying up all the single family houses.
