Calvin's the man. The most solid player right now, he's always in it. He's got that tournament focus and that's what the casual viewer sees. Maybe the engineer in him. Gotta watch him in these one on ones to get his true personality.
I felt similar with Paul McBeth. When I first got into watching disc golf videos I was like "Who the heck is this guy? He looks like a super douche.", then tons of videos starting coming out in the spring because of quarantine and turns out Paul is pretty damn funny.
@@mattwood9678 Yeah true, I had a totally different picture of him before as well. He isn't a douche at all. But I still find him a bit boring and not that entertaining, but he is a god samn beast at playing though

P.S.: trying to promote and develop DG in Russia. Opened first 18 hole park this year and held the biggest Russian National in it, which was very tough to do.

I've been watching pro disc golf for a couple years, and one of my favorite things about it is that every single player is at least slightly likable. That's pretty cool.
Yeah, sometimes this is the best part of the tournament. Especially when you have the right guys in the bunch.
I enjoy watching Calvin in the skins matches. He’s always so serious in the tournaments. It’s nice seeing him cut up a bit.

Well I mean they gave Emerson some crap because he was like thirty minutes late. After a couple holes or tapered off, I think a good vibe and relationship amongst all. Given just because they're all pros does not mean they need to all be great friends and get along perfectly and be bestest friends. Emerson was late, heckling is encouraged, he gave them some fuel to burn him a bit in the first few holes
