    Another great day to see that Kari Moloney strength 💪 and control on display. 👍😎 So just wondered this time, do you ever reverse the order of exercises you do for a workout, whether its lower body or upper ?? Like here you started with the halo pattern and ended leg training with single leg deadlifts ... so would you do deadlifts first, then end with halo pattern on any given day ?? ... Gorgeous cookies too ... ashame they have to be eaten at some point. 😄 😄 Keep up the great work. 😊 👏

      Great question! It really depends on the goal, on this particular day I just wanted to show how creative you can be with KBs since sometimes routines tend to get stale. I kept most of these exercises pretty light for the videos sake (is usually swing or deadlift heavier, but this was more about intensity and volume).
      However, if the goal for the day was heavy lifts rather than volume, then I would definitely start with my most taking heavy compound movements first, ie:Deadlifts/squats. Hope that helps!
