    I will usually "butterfly" my boneless skinless chicken breasts. It helps to even out the cooking & looks like a lot more.

    curious on the merinade, could i just get a rub and add it to the oil in a bag? let the chicken sit for about an hour before cooking>

    Did I miss the temperature of the grill…I am new to grilling..and my grill was set to 400 to start and then I turned off 1 burner to bring it to 350..

    Great channel. Great food. However would it not be better to marinate the chicken inside a bowl or something else but plastic bag especially if its just for an hour marination. If anything we should be a bit more concious for our oceans and world. I am not perfect at i just try to be more aware of what i am doing. Not judging at but just felt like mentioning this. I hope i was not rude. Love your recipes . Thank you

      Also to add that contamination of a lot of the food chain by plastic(a petrochemical) is a great health concern. Highly carcinogenic plus 5 known endocrine disruptors , one of them being BPA
